Hice una compra en una tienda de USA y mi pedido fue enviado por Pirateship/Asendia/USPS, se envió rápidamente y mostraba actualizaciones casi a diario. Cuando mi pedido llegó a México las actualizaciones fueron más lentas, a veces ninguna en el seguimiento, pero mi pedido llegó bien protegido en unos 15 días hábiles. Me di a la tarea de revisar los números de seguimiento de otros mexicanos aquí y todos los pedidos fueron entregados pero no se actualizó la calificación. Mi experiencia en Asendia fue muy satisfactoria y espero que siga con la misma calidad y rapidez para mis futuras compras.

My package has been in the same place for the past 7 days somewhere in Germany . Will be too late for Christmas now . Not only will I not use asendia again , I will not shop with gear4music either

They lost my package and refuse to do anything to help me understand what went wrong. They even tried to pin it on eBay when I know it was them who lost my package due to being able to follow its progress

My package is apparently stuck since the 13th of December. I’m assuming it’s in France now but tbh i have no idea 🤷🏻‍♂️ the tracking on the french service La Poste is saying it’s still moving, but nothing changed and it’s been more than a week. Now i’m here reading the comments and i’m pretty sure i will never get my package. I never seen a delivery service with such bad ratings and who are unable to deliver international package when it’s in fact its own purpose. And i’m receiving stuff from the US every week. First time i see this company and im so sad and angry the seller chose to use it. We’re on holiday so i bey a lot of package goes missing. Tracking is LS430276795CH if anyone here from your company care to help me.

Mittlerweile ist das Packet seit 18 Oktober in der Opput von Asendia. Das letzte Update war am 21. November "Arrived at transit facility". Heute 21.12. hat sich immer noch nichts getan. Auch der Versuch dem Support zu kontaktieren wird einfach ignoriert. Vielleicht kommt das Paket ja zu meiner Rente an (in so ca. 37 Jahren).

Desde el 28 de noviembre que salió mi paquete de Asendia, estamos a 20 de Diciembre y aún no lo he recibido. He contactado con la empresa que me envió el paquete y me dicen que contacte con Asendia. Sois una agencia de transporte de pena. Os he mandado mails y no respondeis. A ver si me decís algo de mi paquete, cuando lo recibiré y que sea en español ya que no sé ingles. Gracias

Ho fatto un ordine il 10 dicembre da smartbox che si è affidato a voi. Ho provato a contattare chiunque e ancora non ho ricevuto risposta! mi dice che ci sono problemi con la consegna dal 14 dicembre, non mi viene detto il perché, ne nulla. Ho appena letto che non sono l’unica ad aver avuto questo problema! Spero almeno qui di ricevere una risposta, lo aspettavo per natale, mi ero portata avanti apposta e ora mi presenterò il 25 senza il regalo!

Something really fishy about this company. So many packages are disappearing, tracking that seems to stall. In my case my package from MeUndies was received and processed by the Los Angeles facility on November 24 and then again on November 29, December 1st, 3rd then the 14th and the 16th. It is now December 19th and it has still NOT left that same initial facility. I really hope that companies switch shipping services because I personally would not be ordering from MeUndies again because of this issue. Or that Ascendia gets organized and finally offers a professional service because from what I’ve seen, the reviews are atrocious.

La compagnia è praticamente impossibile da contattare, l'acquisto è stato effettuato l' 8 dicembre il pacco risulta in consegna dal 14 ma non è mai arrivato. Il brand che sì è affidato a loro ovvero Smartbox se ne lava le mani, il tutto mi provoca un enorme disagio. Vi sconsiglio caldamente di effettuare acquisti presso chi si affida a loro per le spedizioni.

Le triangle des bermudes des Colis. Ce n'est pas sérieux du tous, ce transporteur est plus lent qu'une tortue et en plus il perd mon colis cette fois-ci. Je ne commanderai plus sur mon site préféré car il utilise Asendia.

I ordered a jersey from Real Madrid UK store, received a tracking number with Asendia saying 3-5 business days. It has been over 18 days and I cannot contact anyone from Asendia regarding the status of my order. The status of my order has not been updated for 8 days and it still says "No Location". The quality of the business is ridiculous especially given there is noone I can contact. They replied here immediately but I still have not received a reply on my case I submitted through their website..pathetic

Rampzalig bedrijf. Hiermee moet je geen zaken willen doen. Op 13 november 2023 produkt gekocht via Amazon. Vervolgens blijkt dat het ergens tussen 25 november en 14 december zal worden bezorgd door Asendia (Van dit bedrijf had ik tot nu toe nooit gehoord). Vervolgens oorverdovende stilte gedurende 3 weken, nooit enige update of trackingsnummer gekregen. Dan verschijnt op mijn accountpagina bij Amazon de melding dat het pakket op 14 december precies om 20.00 wordt afgeleverd (overigens nog steeds geen trackingsnummer). Op 14 december geen pakket. Wel nu op de Amazonpagina de melding dat het pakket helaas vertraagd is. Nu totaal onduidelijk wat er aan de hand is, nooit enige informatie van de zijde van Asendia gehad. Waarschijnlijk is het pakket ergens verloren gegaan en kan ik er naar fluiten. Ik zal nooit meer iets bestellen als duidelijk is dat Asendia de koerier is

It is now very easy to understand why China is dominating the global market of international sales. We have inefficient and low-quality companies like Asendia. My package was collected in Denver,CO and shipped to London,ON. The package entered USPS Chicago, than was dispatched, went to many other places and, guess what? It entered the USPS Chicago again!!! The seller is also located in North America and, even so, the shipping is expected to take 1 month! That's ridiculous, but it is what it is!!! Next time I will buy it from China, because it must be so much faster.

They say my package was delivered, but it wasn't delivered to the right address so I call asendia and the lady said the info was conflicting because on her end it says it wasn't delivered but on the website it says it is! Make it make sense. And then they can't even disclose the location of MY PACKAGE. I put all the info they needed and they can't tell me where my package was delivered. If you're a seller on etsy, I recommend you don't use this company.

I bought a supplement in Amazon and unfortunately I got this s**t company as my delivery service. Believe me if I tell you this is probably the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. Package left the origin country on November 27th. No more updates for 2-3 weeks. Contacted them via their s**t website and no response. I hope my review can put their trustpilot star rating closer to 1.
