My package has not moved since Dec. 17. It is now 3 weeks later and it still hasn't not moved. I can't comprehend why would a SHIPPING company hold on to a package. Even if you contact them, they like to shift the blame to the seller even though my tracking says "Delivery by ASENDIA".

In data 15 dicembre ho effettuato un ordine sul sito Love&Faith che risulta spedito il 17 dicembre, affidato ad Asendia, ma NON E' MAI arrivato. Il numero di tracking è UY016674711FR il riferimento dell'ordine è PPO85103629, cliccando sul link di Asendia le informazioni di tracciamento si fermano al 21 dicembre (in quella data la destinazione non è disponibile). A quanto pare si è fermato a Rodgau in Germania, una sorta di triangolo delle bermude per i pacchi in transito (leggo che altri hanno avuto la mia stessa esperienza negativa) Ho scritto al servizio di supporto dell'azienda, spero di ricevere quanto prima una risposta. Nel frattempo, sconsiglio a chiunque di utilizzare questo servizio di spedizioni e a non effettuare acquisti su qualsiasi sito si affidi a loro. E' assurdo che si perdano così tante spedizioni e continuino a lavorare come se nulla fosse. Mai più!

Ho ordinato un profumo il 20 dicembre,previsto la consegna il 3 Gennaio, Il pacco nn è arrivato e la traccia risulta ferma non si sa dove al 22 dicembre……. Credo sia una truffa questa

Customer Support was prompt, considerate and effective, and ... a human! (sad I need to call that a "plus" nowadays lol) They help deal with a claim that Ebay had refused 3 times (in spite evidence), then brought to the logistics in Canada, then to the last-mile carrier they used (that lost the item), then back to Ascendia-USA finally who managed to get the whole scenario resolved/compensated.

Small package sent from NZ to Aus on the 22nd November 23, still nothing, just says in transit. They don't reply to emails, no numbers to call. Absolutely disgraceful company, I will never never buy from a business that uses these people again. Minus 5 stars from me.

Gabrielle was knowledgeable and communicated clearly. She understood and managed my query with speed, efficiency, and most importantly accuracy. She clearly explained the timeline, process, and protocol of picking up the package from the sender with concision. She was also kind enough to provide me with an e-mail documenting that Asendia had yet to receive the package, contrary to what the sender insisted in a conversation five minute previous to my interaction with Gabrielle. This documentation will prove useful should there be any further issues when dealing with the sender and I truly appreciate her taking the time to provide me with documentation.

Colis au mauvais endroit qui "m'attend" dans un bureau de poste assez loin de chez moi, impossible de contacter l'entreprise (j'en suis à ma 4 ème tentative). Comment dire une entreprise de livraison qui ne sait pas lire une adresse c'est un peu génant. À fuir absolument j'envisage de déposer plainte pour vol.

Salve, acquistato articolo online su Gear4music il 19 dicembre, con data di consegna stimata tra il 27 e il 29 dicembre. Alle ore 19:00 di oggi 28/12, in base al tracking il pacco risulta partito da Rodgau (Germania) e poi più nulla.... Ero fiducioso fino a quando non ho letto le "troppe" recensioni negative su Trustpilot. Morale della favola.....Inizio a preoccuparmi!! Soprattutto per il fatto che l'acquisto fatto mi sarebbe stato indispensabile utilizzarlo la sera del 31 Dicembre. INCROCIAMO LE DITA!!!!

10 giorni passati per fare arrivare una maglietta dalla Spagna che doveva essere un regalo di Natale. Il pacchetto é disperso da qualche parte in Europa senza sapere quando esattamente verrà consegnato. Una vergogna! Reply: It is really crazy that you are not answering on your officials channels but you are answering here. That really shows you reliability! Now "if you have concerns over a lost parcel......."? Are we joking or what? You are the shipper, you should know if my parcel is lost or not, that should be your business for what you are also paid for! Once again, anyone who has to send parcel, stay away from these guys!!

Everything went well! I received my order from the USA without any issues. I was worried about a "damaged packaging" update through the tracking system, but the box was thankfully untouched. I received my laptop almost 10 days earlier! I will use Asendia again for sure.

Hat ein Paket was mir zugestellt werden soll angeblich an einem Tag um 18:06 Uhr zugestellt, wo kein Paketbote für Privatkunden mehr unterwegs ist. Das Paket ist bis heute nirgendwo zu finden und Asendia selber ist nahezu unerreichbar. Ein Stern ist schon zu viel.

I was at home all day yesterday there were no attempts, no deliveries, no door knocks, no calls, no deliveries. Meanwhile the package tracking says there were two attempts to deliver. Now I'm patiently waiting for the third and final attempt according to your messages. I'm home all day today, tomorrow, and every day. I'm at home everyday. Where is my package? ESUS165418153 9434609206486026175039 I shipped a package to Australia and it has no update since October 15th. The buyer has been very patient with me but I am getting no where. Luckily I still had a copy of the tracking label and checked the USPS tracking number and the package was delivered to Asendia on the 17th October. There is no way that the package hasn't moved for over 2 months now. Such a horrible experience.

De gros voleur ! Le livreur a osé me mettre le colis ouvert dans la boîte aux lettres avec seulement le produit cadeau et tout le reste à été volé !! Si des entreprises lisent ces messages arrêter de travailler avec eux sinon nous ne pourrons plus commander chez vous si la marchandise n'arrive pas !! Plus jamais je commande un produit qui passe par cette entreprise ! 1 étoile est obligatoire mais elle équivaut à zéro !
