Netherlands | 11 January 2024Bedrijf nam snel de telefoon op, en heeft me zeer netjes te woord gestaan. Helemaal mee uitgezocht waar mijn pakket zou kunnen zijn. Toen mijn pakket eenmaal geleverd was, heeft het bedrijf meteen contact opgenomen. Ze konden in het systeem zien dat het geleverd was. Dit wilde ze even controleren of het pakket ook daadwerkelijk geleverd was. Zeer vriendelijke medewerker. Over het algemeen top bedrijf, kan me niet vinden in de negatieve reviews.

France | 11 January 2024Catastrophique, mes colis ont été livrés dans la mauvaise boîte au lettre à plusieurs reprises. Rares sont les voisins honnêtes qui me les ont remis. Les livreurs ne regardent pas les noms ??? Plus de 100 euros de colis perdus ou volés depuis début décembre, les fêtes ont été gâchées ! Vraiment déplorable, pire que les autres services de livraison de la poste. Le SAV est inexistant, à fuir... Si encore on a le choix de passer par autre chose.

France | 10 January 2024Livraison ok. Commande passée aux US le 21/12/23 et reçue le 10/01/24. Des sociétés de transports sont bien plus efficaces. Le suivi Asendia est vraiment à revoir, très peu de mises à jour et indique "livré" alors que le colis est toujours en transit. Préférez des sites spécialisés pour un suivi avec plus de précisions. Sinon RAS, commande reçue dans les délais stipulés lors de l'achat en ligne.

United States | 09 January 2024Says the expected package was delivered yesterday and i was home all day, there wasnt any package and ive checked at the postal office as well as the postal worker that works this route and nothing came into their systems or hands. I have a camera pointed at the mail box to prove this to be true. So if the package is delayed dont mark it as delivered.

I purchased items from New Zealand on the 12th December 2023 the item was posted via New Zealand couriers and picked up by Asendia in Australia the item hasn’t moved since! This company is truly disgraceful! Further more I will never buy from a business who uses this service ever again and I will be asking who they use before I purchase! Absolutely disgusting service! And if I could I would give zero stars.

Italy | 05 January 2024Ordine LF068942736FR diretto a Firenze, spedito il 20 Dicembre e fermo dal 21 a Rodgau in Germania, il 22 Dicembre è segnalato un "Trasporto verso destinazione" dopodiché, se è vero, non si sa che fine abbia fatto. Ho già inviato due email al loro servizio di assistenza senza ottenere risposta. Mi sono capitati inconvenienti anche con altri corrieri ma non era mai successo che una spedizione rimanesse ferma per due settimane e soprattutto che nessuno si degnasse di rispondere alle richieste di informazioni. D'ora in poi farò attenzione a non ordinare prodotti da chi utilizza Asendia come spedizioniere.

Italy | 05 January 2024Do 1 stella perché di meno non si può, ordine effettuato l'8 dicembre, ad oggi 5 gennaio, quasi un INTERO MESE dopo il pagamento, non si sa nulla,è rimasto in Svizzera da 7 giorni, quando è una tratta di circa 50km da Ginevra all ufficio postale di Milano dove viene consegnato a poste italiane, in una settimana non hanno trovato il tempo 1 ora per arrivare a Milano insieme a probabilmente migliaia di altri pacchi che devono ancora arrivare, io non ho parole, corriere pessimo e non rispondono né alle email né alle chiamate. Servizio clienti inesistente.

United States | 05 January 2024I live in NYC and ordered an item from the UK on Amazon in late December 2023. The UK vendor decided to use this company Asendia which I've never heard of and I was given a delivery date and a tracking number. I got notifications from Amazon that the package is in transit but when I placed the Asendia tracking into the Asendia portal the number was no good. I tried it again but to no avail. A few days pass and then on January 3rd I got a notification that the package has been delivered to my address but I never received it. The package was never delivered! This company Asendia is a sham just like that other shipping company Lasership. These companies need to be brought to the attention of the State attorney General for fraud and theft of services.

Portugal | 05 January 2024Terrible company. I bought an item from a seller who uses Asendia, and it's been almost a month the seller says my package made it to their offices. Yet, when I enter the tracking number ( GHQYVVQYAZ ), it only shows "Shipment information received". I contacted the both Asendia and the seller. Asendia tells me the package didn't make it to their offices, while the seller has organized a replacement package for me free of charge, and already shipped it using Asendia. They provided me with a new tracking number for the replacement package, and same thing, the status is stuck on "Shipment information received" for almost a week now. The seller I bought from has a great reputation, so I'm almost 100% sure they are not lying to me. Asendia is losing my packages, or isn't providing the appropriate tracking information. I wish I never had to deal with this company again.

Germany | 05 January 2024Also das ist eine Frechheit dieses Unternehmen, ich habe vor mehr als 2 Monaten eine Bestellung verschickt bekommen aus den USA. Dann wurde es an Asendia übergeben und seit dem steht auf der Tracking Seite das es am 12.12 die Asendia HUB verlassen hat. Und dann GAR NICHTS MEHR am 18.12 Kamm noch mal ne Nachricht das es im Transitland ist aber der Ort ist not available, dann ruf ich bei der Support Nummer an und die kann das Paket nicht im SYSTEM FINDEN und ob man nur auf der Seite bei Tracking die Nummer angeben muss und dann kommt auch die Sendungsverfolgung. Habe dann über das Kontakt Formular nach Hilfe gefragt wird aber bestimmt nichts passieren. Mein Paket ist bestimmt Lost, wird niemals ankommen. Wirklich eine Frechheit, großen Bogen um so eine Firma machen. Deshalb von mir 1 Stern und ob ich am liebsten 0 geben würde.
