My order was delivered to the right place in record time which I appreciated. However, the flowers sent were not those I had chosen. They were still attractive and the recipient was pleased so I didn't take up the matter with Bunches and therefore don't know the reason why. I should add that I started using Bunches after receiving a beautiful bouquet through them, so I know their standard is good.

The flowers were lovely and fresh and are still really fresh 5 days later… Only the Fresia don’t smell as strong as usual? As well the box was delivered when nobody was home, driver placed in a box outside, very well hidden! … but left no note? Rather spoiled the surprise element of the gift from my friend! I've used Bunches for several years and always had excellent service: they are friendly and reliable. The recipients are always very complimentary and I understand the flowers last very well. This time my recipient knew another person with the same name as me. DPA prevented Bunches telling her my name, but they sent me a friendly email explaining the situation so I could get in touch with her and identify myself as the sender.

I have been using Bunches to send flowers to brighten loved ones lives for a about 3 years now. The recipients are ALWAYS happy with the flowers and gifts delivered. The choice of flowers and plants is excellent and deliveries have always been on time. It's an all round very efficient service at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible arrived for a very special occasion the amount of stems was not what was quoted in the selling description. Totally ruined a very special occasion stay away go to supermarket as these are very poor

Bought flowers for a friend for Christmas ,they arrived on 23rd Dec and died on 25th Dec. I didn't know this until mid January as she was embarrassed to say. When I contacted bunches customer service, they did not care and weren't bothered that I would give them a bad review. I was astounded at their attitude.
