Order 12865427 1 rose? In the “happy valentine bouquet” £29.99 flowers look cheap and shoddy, as if taken of a lamppost! please shop anywhere else. Absolute disgrace!

False advertisement! Spent £30 and expected the flowers to look somewhat like the picture. Flowers turned up and look completely different to the pictures and half the size. Called to complain and got given a poor excuse. Also the flowers are already dying. Use prestige flowers instead! At least you get what you pay for using them.

Lovely fresh flowers delivered, and on time. Easy website to navigate. Value for money. Will use Bunches again.

Unbelievably poor quality of flowers costs nearly £30

Easy process to order, great selection of flowers. Nice website. Delivery was fast, updated and came on time. My Mum loved them and they looked great.

The flowers turned up at my parent's house on time but sadly they did not look anything like the image of what I thought I was buying. The bunch was sad and disappointing with some flowers fully open and others in tight bud, it was not going to be possible to enjoy the bunch as a whole. Some stems were also so wilted, overall I was not impressed.

Order delivered when promised flowers very nice recipient was delighted.

Edit # My collegue unknowgly used the same company to delivery flowers to me and they really did not redeem themselves. They were meant to deliver to our office, got lost and told my colleague she would have to cancel and re submit the order, she then booked for them to come to my address and as expected they came fashionably late and pretty battered. Please save your money and not use this company. # We order some flowers and chocolates for our dear colleague a week in advance of her birthday, on the delivery day I received an email from Royal mail to say they made a mistake and would be rerouting the package immediately. This was at 10am. No more updates. At 4pm I called the customer service to see what was being done about this and no one had looked into it, nor knew where the package was. Immediate refusal to refund or fix the problem as "it may still turn up". Would not recommend this company.

Plenty of choice, easy to order, didn't see the finished result but the recipient seemed very pleased.

Unfortunately instead of putting *Love from Sue" the card said "love from Ann",so receipient did not know they came from me. However I understand the flowers were beautiful

Flowers are beautiful. Aways order them for a day earlier than required because they never arrive on the requested date - have ordered many times from bunches and now know to change the date I want.

Paid £26 for what looked like a lovely bunch of flowers but what turned up was like something I would pay £4 for in a supermarket Very disappointed 😞

I bought a bouquet for my sister in laws birthday. Costing £27.00 It arrived a day late. And the presentation was deplorable. The flowers had screwed up brown paper wrapped around them. No better than cheap petrol station flowers. I sent an email, along with a photograph, to Bunches, but they said they send flowers in bud, so the last longer at home. However 3 or 4 of the flowers were fully open, however the presentation was dreadful. I will never use this company again
