Wonderful location, fantastic views. The support people were there to quickly address any needs we had. The deck on Crystal View was fabulous.

Was a truly great experience for our family reunion. We had plenty of room for the 11 of us and the children loved the bottom floor where the kids slept and was a large living space. The house was well stocked with supplies and the hot tub was so nice. The rental company came right out when we called and needs more propane for the grill.

Fantastic experience for our summer mountain trip at Fern Leaf Lodge. The home was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Great home for a larger family or group. Easy directions and access to the property. We saw so many deer around the property which was cool! Hot tub was great for evening relaxing. Close to Banner Elk for restaurants. Hiking trails near by. Games in the house were fun! We will be back!

The property was as described. It was spotless and well-appointed with everything needed. Adding an extra night was easy. They quickly responded to a message I sent and were helpful. Our only hiccup was that we were not given the code to get into the gated community. Would recommend it.

Blueridge associates, are so, patient, and helpful, whenever a problem, arises. They work with us, to resolve the issue.

Four day rental: Stuffing coming out of living room sofa, chair cushions bottomed out in living room and dining room, pillows were flat as pancakes and yellow, one light out of six working over sink in kitchen, vented hood not working, ice maker not working, refrigerator not cooling properly, bar fridge completely broken, grille was filthy, 4 full canisters of trash in garage, king size bed on main level had names engraved in the headboard, no blankets on beds - game tables and pool table in poor condition (dented balls and felt was paper thin) third level suite carpeting was filthy and coming up causing a tripping hazard. This was 159 Adirondack Drive. This group list themselves as a rental group, but apparently does not do quality assurance checks to make sure that the properties are properly equipped, in working order or furnished. This was one step up from camping in the woods and totally unacceptable. We paid a great deal of money and hoped for a family get together that would be memorable. I would not recommend this group to anyone and I would not trust the pictures you see on line. They offered a refund of $300 which was the cheapest night stay on Sunday. The other days were over $400 per day. We expected at least a 50% refund given the poor condition of the home and the state of the "furnishings" which were so bad that they weren't fit for donation.

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals were exceptionally professional, attentive, and super nice! The staff communicated with us frequently prior to and throughout our stay, and were very responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to visit the area!

Wonderful home, close to downtown Beech mountain. Amazing views and fully stocked kitchen and bath were very much appreciated. The kids loved the gameroom! The hot tub was warm and relaxing at the end of busy days!
