There aren't enough words to thank Nested for the amazing job they have done for me - from the first call I had with Charley in the summer, I immediately knew I wasn't dealing with your 'typical agent'. Take away the unsubstantiated claims and bravado and replace it with facts, considered valuations, a real empathy, a personable and proactive service. The advice and support went way beyond what I would have expected. As a busy professional, the weekly progress reports on my sale were the user friendly, easily digestible way to see how my property was doing. Compared to previous agents who say 'we've had some interest' or 'we are reaching out to interested parties', Nested keep track of the enquiries and upload detailed feedback from any viewing to their platform. The updates were regular and accurate, and coupled with check in calls whenever I wanted them. Becci was amazing at progressing the sale after my flat went under offer and providing a fantastic bridge between me and my buyer. It was a challenging sale (high rise, ex-local authority block) and she did everything she could to assist. As if this wasn't enough, there was the added bonus of the 'double agent' service - which started as another concise and bespoke report on any properties I was interested in buying. This included advice on how to go about negotiations and additional information which meant I was able to go into my viewings fully informed - on one occasion Emily's report told me that the property had been on the market for significantly less, 12 months before, so I was able to gain some additional insight from the selling agent and improve my negotiating position. Emily was incredible - in total I offered on three properties and she helped advise me on how to present my offers, what conditions to include and the nerve wracking art of negotiation. She gave me the confidence to make considered offers and supported me through the challenging process (crossing over into a counsellor / life coach on occasion!) Once my offer was accepted, she continued to guide me through the process, liaising directly with the sell side when things got tense and managing expectations all round. I genuinely couldn't have done it without them. It was also brilliant to use their recommended third parties who all shared the same proactive and 'can do' attitude and made the process much smoother than it could have been. In particular, David Parlett, a fantastic surveyor and Tarron Dobson at Lester Aldridge. Thank you so much for all you have done. I am so glad to have chosen the relatively new, innovative Nested and would encourage others to also use them for a genuinely outstanding experience. Thank you thank you thank you.

As a buyer, Paul at Nested Greenwich really understands my needs. Not only is he fully conscious of my situation being stuck in a chain, but he only tells me about properties that fit my needs and budget. He's proactive, genuinely interested and sees buyers just as much being his "clients" as the sellers he obviously represents. If I knew what their service was like, I'd certainly have been keen to get Nested to sell my property.

Nested supported us through our purchase from first viewing to exchange of contracts (the point that we are now at). The initial support was provided by Charlie, who was entirely professional in showing us the property and helping us and the vendors reach agreement in an amicable and co-operative way. |It is since then however that Nested, in the person of Nicole, went far beyond what I might have expected to ensure that the process ran to a positive conclusion. It is many years since I have purchased a property and had forgotten how fraught a process it could be. I am clear in my own mind that without Nicole this sale would have faltered. She was always 'present', intervening with the respective solicitors and with ourselves and the vendors at appropriate times while never feeling intrusive. She was both personal and professional in her manner. Although I am writing this as a review of Nested, I hope it will also be taken as our personal thanks to Charlie and Nicole.

Really brilliant service right the way through, couldn’t recommend more. Nested have a great portal through which you can monitor progress and stats related to your sale and purchase week to week. This along with the added support from a buying agent was so much more valuable than I had realised as there was always someone to advise and strategise with. A really great experience and most importantly, worth the cost.

I came across Nested when looking for a simple way to deal with the sale of my flat. What appealed was the technology used to value the property and also for monitoring interest. I was very clear about what I wanted to achieve with the sale and appreciated that they didn't attempt to talk me into playing the "games" re pricing etc. We reached an agreement on a strategy that we all thought would work, especially in light of the pandemic and I felt listened to, while also being guided without patronisation. The result of this was a lot of interest and an offer which went right through to completion. I dealt with Chris (sales) and Nicole (sales progression) and both were really great to deal with – friendly and looking after my best interests. I don't think we'll be selling again any time soon but if I was I would definitely use them again.

Being in the industry, you feel as though you have a good take on things but sometimes it truly takes an objective view to help when needed. My experience with the team at Nested truly helped and I wanted to give a massive thank you to Leah in the progression team for her diligent approach and remarkable professionalism throughout my sale. I found the Nested team provided a superb & professional service from start to finish. They dressed my flat to make it more marketable, were quick to give me feedback on viewings, always on-hand for a chat about how the sale was progress, and overall had great communication. The most important thing for me was that I had trust in that they were doing everything they could to get my flat sold.

We listed our flat for sale with Nested and had nothing but positive experiences from the get-go. Where other agents came across as condescending or disinterested in discussing any details, the Nested valuation process was clear - presenting us with three pricing strategies and rationale for going with them. Following that, having pictures taken and a virtual tour put together was arranged quickly - we were listed with no problem at all. Viewings went well and the dashboard that we were provided with meant that it was actually easy to keep track of what was going on. The additional services of a Buying Agent and Conveyancing Progressor saved a lot of headaches, giving us a wealth of information on how to approach our onward purchase and interactions with legal aspects. Unfortunately, our buyer pulled out at the eleventh hour in a move that was wildly unpredictable (so I lay no blame on Nested), so we're now taking a slightly different approach with our move. However, when I look to sell again it will undoubtedly be through Nested. Special mention to Chris, Emily and Becci for all the work they did and for generally being professional, personable and friendly people.

Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and genuine. Our chain manger Nicole was so valuable to us, I'm not sure we would have managed without her. It was one of the main reasons we went with Nested and I'm so glad we did as we had an extremely difficult chain, which we hadn't expected. The only small thing is that each person's role wasn't fully explained in advance, so I didn't know what I could and couldn't ask their help with, it's worth asking this as it turns out they can help with a lot more than you think. Anyway I would fully recommend them, especially if you're in a chain, they cost slightly less than a high street agent but you get much more and get to deal with nice people too!!

First time seller in the UK, I have hated every estate agent I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, with the exception of Nested. Their solicitor recommendation was excellent, the photographer was great, bookings were filled quickly and kept (only one person cancelled out of 13 on a truly miserable October Sunday), multiple offers over asking, and we completed in about 3 months which included the Christmas period. Will be my first choice with any future listing.

We have been very impressed with Nested Battersea, Sharief and Maddy were really friendly and engaged throughout the process, keeping us informed at every stage and re-assuring us that our home was in safe hands. Their approach is really proactive, bringing every method of promoting our house to the fore, including excellent photos, dolls-house walkthroughs and video tours. We went from listing to offer in about 5 weeks, and to exchange in about 8 weeks! Fantastic. The supporting technology helps too – you get a portal with all relevant details, such as viewings (including background on who the viewers are) and details on the offers made – and the new app is excellent to have the info to hand on your phone. The buying agent services we had from Emily was also a real bonus – it was fantastic to have someone on hand for help and advice, discuss how best to proceed at each stage. Having re-assurance from the Buyers Report offering made it even easier. Overall, we would say that Nested offer a really refreshing approach to being an Estate Agent. We have dealt with a fair number of other agencies over the past few months and can find them to be quite aloof, or like talking to a used car salesman! It’s been a breath of fresh air to speak to the normal, friendly, helpful people at Nested. We would highly recommend.

Overall my experience with Nested was good. They're much more informative than any other agent I've used before and they take time to explain things. They've hired empathetic people (shout out to Nicole especially) and they're available to listen/advise. But I have two fairly major gripes that take two stars off. Neither are solely Nested's fault, but I believe that have a part to play. Firstly our sale and purchase took over 5 months to complete from offers accepted to moving in. Of course that's down to solicitors, buyers/sellers etc. But I believe Nested could have pushed harder and been more transparent with me on likely timelines. Everyone in the transaction would be losing a star for this, not just Nested, but the point stands. Secondly, they sent through their invoice to my solicitors on the day of completion. This meant that I had an extremley stressful morning trying to find an extra £3,000 on the day I was supposed to be moving. Now, is this down to Nested or to my solicitors? Hard for me to say, but all I know is that I was put in a very stressful position for a few hours and I was lucky to find a way out.

The Team at Nested were extremely helpful from the moment of our first viewing and all the way through our purchase until completion. They were always on hand to answer any query we had and made the whole process enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Special mention to Charley and Leah who helped us throughout the purchase of the property, would highly recommend.

I found Nested a professional estate agent to deal with, a breath of fresh air compared to your regular high street agent. I dealt with Emily at the onset who explained the selling process clearly and was on hand throughout the sale to provide support and advice. Special mention to Charlie who carried out online and in person viewings, he was polite, courteous and extremely professional especially during the pandemic. From being shown the property to answering all my many questions, Nested have been very efficient and kept in regular contact throughout the process. As a first time buyer I was unfamiliar with all that needed to be done but Nicole was in hand to guide me through this. I would say a very consultative approach.
