After initially marketing our property with a high street estate agent with no success we decided to give Nested a go due to their good reviews and the unique way they conduct their business. During our first chat with Joshua, he gave us a thorough run through of the process and the services available with Nested. Our property was promptly listed, with photographs, floor plans and a virtual walk-through and all documentation was completed online. Viewings were booked within the first week and in these challenging times they were conducted in a professional manner. Following an offer on our property we were then able to put in an offer of our own to create an onward chain. Throughout this whole process we found the online portal really helpful in providing feedback on viewings, live data of current market conditions, and detailed property reports (handy when negotiating on price).The team at Nested (Joshua, Chris, Emily and Leah) were fantastic in guiding us through the listing, viewing, negotiations and progression of our chain.

Nested were fantastic from the beginning. We were looking for a home valuation, and eventually listed for sale with them. They managed to get us two good offers within a month or two but due to a change in circumstance on our end we decided it wasn't the time to sell after all. That said, Josh and Chris were very accommodating and understanding. Their 'double agent' service was also a great added bonus, as Emily and Fraser were on hand to offer advice and guidance with our new purchase too. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nested.

We recently completed a sale with Nested being mid-chain in a chain of 3. Starting from a fee lower than the high street agent, Amir and Debora offered the same level of local market knowledge and professionalism. Their online tools were very useful for us to understand our options for asking price and they were realistic and supportive. Throughout the viewing phase, I'd suggest they try to update the viewings in the portal a bit more often as part of Smart Sale. From the buying side, it was a big help to present ourselves as potentially chain-free buyers with the Cash Advance proposition, even if we did not need it in the end. Fraser was also helpful as Buying Agent. It was very refreshing to have someone "on your side" as a buyer. The property reports were insightful and gave us a realistic picture to ensure that we were not overpaying for our onwards purchase. Finally, the real difference was the Chain Progressors. We had Nicole (with Leah as stand-in) manage the chain and really being the one making sure that the chain was not stalling, reaching out to the other agency involved, and managing our buyers' expectations, etc. They were all very responsive both on phone or email, which is something that is very important to us.

Cannot recommend Nested Walthamstow enough! They were the final estate agents we saw in the area after a long search but extremely happy we waited for them to visit and sold our flat through them. Communication was great throughout, the specialist progression team is extremely helpful, keeping you in the loop with how your sale is progressing. The sales team also negotiated a price we were very happy with and in a quick time frame. Other benefits like the portal to show buyer feedback, the area analysis and buyer reports for your onward purchase are great additions to their overall package as well.

In a year of ever-changing rules and restrictions, Nested have been an unchangeable source of advice, help and reassurance. Emily has been amazing throughout; we originally met with her just before the first lockdown, and she thoroughly explained how the process would work, expectations were clearly laid out and she set us completely at ease. Our flat was listed promptly - photographs, floor plans and a virtual walk-through were provided swiftly and safely to meet COVID challenges - and we were able to seamlessly complete all documentation online. Emily gave sound advice regarding our list price and Joshua ran a great open day with 11 viewings, resulting in 6 offers! Nested also put us in touch with our solicitor, Tarron, who was fantastic from start to finish. She has been fast and yet thorough, responding immediately to any and all queries, and went above and beyond with chasing other solicitors and finalising documentation to ensure exchange took place in the final few days before the Christmas holidays. Both Tarron and Emily were a pleasure to work with. Emily helped us approach sellers in a direct manner, making reasonable offers that were accepted without delays. When we encountered setbacks, she helped us stay positive and was a source of rational advice, common sense and an excellent sounding-board to run thoughts past. Nested gave us a ton of support this year; each staff member we dealt with was helpful and friendly, and their services were extremely useful, from Fraser’s buyer’s reports and Alice’s COVID updates, to Nicole’s on-the-ball help with conveyancing, their communication has been fantastic. We really couldn’t fault them, and would recommend them wholeheartedly. We hope not to be moving again for a very long time (!) but would use them in the future without a second thought.

Nested provided an excellent service. They market your property expertly, great photos and virtual tour, and we got a lot of interest very quickly. They provide really useful insight through data and in-depth feedback on individual viewings. Nested got us some good offers and weeded out the time wasters. Our buying agent, Emily, helped save us over £35k on our onward purchase and our conveyancing progressor, Becci, stopped our sale breaking down. Our buyer had lots of problems with their solicitor and sacked them. Becci quickly found the buyer a trusted solicitor who was within their budget and who could complete speedily even though the housing market was very busy. This, arguably, saved the whole chain. I spoke to lots of ‘wide boy’ estate agents who promised me the world. Nested staff are polite, knowledgeable and rational. They treat you like partners rather than a client and, as you’re going to be working with an estate agent for at least 4-12 months, you might as well choose nice people to work with. I have been really impressed by Nested at each stage in the process. It is my first time purchase so not really sure what to expect! We can't really find any fault with Amir and his Nested Wandsworth Team. Our flat was not the easiest to sell as it needs extensive modernisation but Amir gave us a realistic price which we were happy with and manage to find us a suitable buyer within a couple of weeks. Another great asset of Nested is Leah our Conveyancing Progressor. She was efficient and aggressive but at the same time very professional in completing our sale. The buying report service is also a fantastic service if you're looking into buying after selling. Our buying agent Emily was amazing with providing us with very helpful reports on properties we were looking to buy. Her report actually did helped us saved some money. Who are Nested we thought? We had never heard of them before and what's with all this virtual bit. Well it works from beginning to end! Even signing a contract online works, so congratulations Nested on going paperless and helping the environment. Our experience started with a visit from Amir, who was very polite and courteous and, what is more to the point, a nice person, for an initial discussion and valuation. His subsequent feedback was fast. We went with his suggestion on the price for marketing our property and all his advice proved correct. Before we got to market he sent an excellent photographer, Naz, who not only took good photographs but also knew all about presentation far more than we did!. So, the house went on the market and a week or so later we had an offer on it, there was a brief negotiation and we accepted. We only had a short chain but the time lags were great due to the volume of demand for mortgage valuations etc. Crunch time came as we neared exchange when we suddenly discovered that, unless we could exchange immediately, we were going to lose our slot with our removers and the completion date would slip. Whilst it did not matter to us, it mattered to our purchasers as they had already booked their removers. This is when Nested in the person of Leah came into their own. She worked tirelessly for at least two days to push the various solicitors below us in the chain. She succeeded and we exchanged just in time!
