Constant asks to reduce house price. Poor changeover of employees managing our account. No proactivity unless you push as a seller if there isn't immediate interest. Feedback provided and only said they'd reduce the fees that we had to pay. Only moves they have is to provide a premium listing on rightmove.

They also helped on the ‘buy’ - their buying agent service was incredibly useful and I haven’t seen any other agent adopt such a method. For example, Nested provided detailed data-backed reports on our new property and also helped with the negotiation on purchase. This gave us confidence and apportioned the stress during the whole process! Couldn’t recommend the Nested service more highly.

Nicole and the team at Nested were fantastic throughout the process of selling our flat. We were selling at a difficult time, through Covid and lockdowns, and they were able to show potential buyers the virtual tour in order to determine whether they might be keen to buy. By the time lockdown was over, they had a good number of potential buyers lined up, and we had several serious offers in no time. We recently purchased a house through Nested. The agent who showed us round was very friendly, interested in us, knowledgeable and helpful with our queries. Once our offer was accepted, we then worked with a conveyancing manage who has helped us through a rather challenging sale with various issues around the lease agreement. She was knowledgeable, kept in touch, kept us updated throughout the process and tried to help wherever she could. Our experience on completion day was great! Our conveyancing manager kept us up to date with when we would be able to get the keys and then we simply picked them up from a location near the property.

Nested have done a truly brilliant job in selling our flat in London during the pandemic. They are professional, easy to contact and only arrange viewings with real prospective buyers (with a previous agent we had lots of viewings but no offers as the agency wasn't targeting the right people to view) Nested target potential buyers successfully and with only a handful of viewings we had multiple offers. Their online platform provides frequent updates on viewings and the local market which was so useful when selling. Even when our first buyer fell through (through no fault of Nested) they mobilised quickly, and successfully found 3 offers and another buyer within a week for the same price. To put this into context we had previously had the flat on the market with a high street agent and had no offers in 6months. Once a buyer was found they remained easy to contact, communicated regularly with our solicitor and ironed out any minor issues quickly. Couldn't recommend them enough, especially compared to my dealings with high street agents.

We used nested to sell our previous home. They quickly found us a buyer, and were helpful throughout the entire process. It was always easy to get hold of someone when needed, and they did a great job of telling us communicate with our buyer and keeping the solicitors in check. Buying and selling a property is always a lengthy, stressful experience, but for their part, Nested did a great job of helping to move things along as quickly and seamlessly as they could.

This meant that they carried out the viewings and helped to facilitate as smooth a sales transaction as possible (during a pandemic). Furthermore, not only did Nested find suitable buyers for my property, they also assisted me with the purchase of my new property by giving me a report which detailed how long the property had been listed, changes in the value which it was marketed at, information on similar properties within the area, and suggested initial offers. We had a very positive experience with nested. From the start they were professional, honest and always quick to respond. Once an offer had been made we were looked after by Leah and she was fantastic. She really helped the flow of communication between the solicitors and was very proactive in getting the sale completed across the whole chain. I’m sure she had several other sales that she was dealing with but made the service that she provided feel very personal to us, which was greatly appreciated.

We were the buyers in a transaction where Nested acted as the sellers' estate agent, and had not instructed Nested ourselves. However, we actually found them much more reliable and contactable than our own solicitors, and they really helped push through the sale as quickly as possible even with a few external issues. Have used nearly all of Nested's services by now. Sold my property through them - everyone involved from viewings to handling the negotiations and completion was excellent and really helpful. In my onward property search, I've been impressed with agents facilitating views (in particularly Harry) - alway punctual, had all the relevant information and responded quickly without hounding me, like some other estate agents. Have also used their 'property reports'- (again particular mention to Emily). These not only allowed me to negotiate a great price on my onward property, by being informed and providing me with useful suggestions. But also helped me to narrow down my shortlist. This is a great service, not sure why more agents don't have something similar. Would definitely use again!

Working in property myself, choosing an agent to trust with my sale was not an easy decision. Something about knowing way too much about all the pitfalls you can come across along the way! So, from the beginning...the listing process was easy and guided by the lovely Jonathan. Then, onto the viewings and Ashley was brilliant. Chris also got involved with some negotiations with another buyer and I thought his input was also brilliant. Everyone at Nested is really helpful; and quick, thoughtful responses are the norm. Nicole kept me calm throughout the sales process (not an easy task) and I know she encouraged our buyers to do what they could to take a view and move things along when time was getting a bit tight.
