After an extremely long and difficult journey we have just exchanged on our new house thanks largely to the amazing efforts of Fraser at Nested. We started off selling with a more traditional agent but weren’t happy with the service - the attention to detail and the lack of market understanding. We moved to Nested and couldn’t be more pleased with the decision - not only did Fraser secure the price we wanted for our house, he was also able to negotiate our purchase which made huge difference. Once Covid struck, things got more complicated - and much more stressful - but it was an enormous relief to have someone of Fraser’s ability and experience to guide us through. Our experience, as potential buyers, with Nested was really positive. The video tour was impressively good to start with. When we met Reiss, he was one of the most professional estate agent we have ever dealt with: prepared, polite, passionate. He was able to tell us a lot about the property and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated that he religiously followed the COVID 19 precautions and that followed up with us for a candid feedback two days after the viewing.

Nested have been fantastic from start to finish. We put our house on the market in February just before the pandemic hit. That’s made the whole process more stressful and prolonged than we anticipated, but Nested have been the one constant supporting us all the way through. Early on in the process there were some minor snags with communication, but I made it very clear what I wanted to go differently, and Brad was excellent. Took the feedback onboard and handled the situation professionally. Dan did an excellent job with the viewings and secured a good price, all the while Fraser was helping us with the buyer reports. Having someone to go to for advice and a steer on not only how to negotiate, but to give you the inside track on a property (often information not available even via an avid google search!) was invaluable. We accepted an offer on our house, and had an offer accepted on a new one just before lockdown. So we waited months to be able to crack on with it, and at the last hurdle just as the lockdown was lifted, our purchase fell through! Fraser gave us solid advice that helped us to walk away from that one, and within days we had an offer accepted on another. At the point of exchanging and completion, Becci looked after us and she’s been great. I can always rely on her to be on top of things, and chase everything just as much as I was! All in all I can’t recommend them highly enough. If I ever move again I would absolutely use them.

We sold our property through them and the process was seamless, but where they really came into their own was their analytics led assistance with our onward purchase. Brilliant proactive service from start to finish. The photographs in the first instance were much better than I had encountered before when I had tried selling a couple years ago.
