Overall we were very happy with the result as not only did they manage to get us a better offer, they also kept everything on track during the COVID-19 crisis and even with the lockdown measures in place we still managed to complete in just under 3 months from the time of the offer. If there was one point for improvement then I would say that they could be better organised in terms of arranging the viewings. Each day the portal will show you how many enquiries came in for your property and initially we were a little disappointed with their reaction speed and converting these into viewings.
