I bought an Asgard motorbike shed after they were recommended by a friend. It's really good quality, and feel reassured with security features and warranty. Customer service team and delivery was good too. I would recommend to fellow bikers.

Bought this for my partners motorbikes. Delivered as expected with all expected parts and bits. My partner and his friend built the shed. Minus tea breaks and bacon butties it probably took about an hour and half to do the shed. Plus half an hour to build a base. You definately need a power tool as the delivery driver advised but once its up and built its a good solid kit. My partners bikes are his babies and we are rest assured they are safe in the shed. Brilliant piece of kit

Top notch! Couldn’t rate Asgard higher, Tracey at Customer Services was super helpful and knew her stuff. After delivery, which went well, I put the product together with my fella, went together great. Really confident my bikes are super secure and well taken after. Cheers! Kate

I bought one of their sheds recently having seen the reviews on their website (which are all very positive). After taking payment they were very vague around delivery times. Last week I chased and heard nothing. Then at 6.30pm one evening I got a call saying that they will be at my house in 20 minutes. Given the price of the products, their after sales service is very sub par. Ironically I got an email back to my delivery question post the item actually being delivered. Pretty much all online retailers these days will call or text you the day before delivery to confirm a time and it seems to reflect poorly on Asgard that they do not. The actual product itself seems built well. However, when assembling the product it was clear that a decent number of the pre drilled holes did not line up well (despite me building it on a level base. The main issue is lining up one of the front doors - which seems to be a common theme reading through the comments on here. I need to see how the shed performs over time - but my first impressions of the company are not great.

I am writing this review on Trustpilot rather than on their own website because I am certain it would not feature there for long, if at all. All the reviews on the Asgard website are positive and do not reflect our experience. Delivery took many, many weeks, largely because of a problem they were aware of but didnt communicate to us until I contacted them. We very foolishly decided to save the very high cost of assembly by doing it ourselves; it is not easy. The doors didn’t fit properly which is apparently because of the base we put the shed on. Attempts to get advice/support from the company were painful and ultimately, futile. The shed is solidly made but very, very noisy - the wooden floor should be sold as standard. I can’t comment on the security aspect raised below because we’ve never managed to lock it properly! In summary, this is a solid shed that if assembled by people who know what they’re doing might be worth having but not in our experience; way too long delivery time, very challenging to assemble, noisy and over priced. If you need after sales support, forget it.

The order was placed and paid for on 25/09/18, with an approximate delivery date of 16/11/18. Asgard contacted me and arranged the delivery for 22/11/18. My wife and I rearranged our work shifts so one of us would be home on the day to take delivery but Asgard telephoned on the day of delivery to cancel blaming their failure to deliver on the Ed Sheeran concert in London. They rearranged the delivery for the following Tuesday 27/11/18. My wife and I once again inconvenienced our employers by changing our shifts only to recieve a phone call from Asgard on the afternoon of the expected delivery, once again cancelling the delivery because they did not have a driver. I have not since been given a new delivery date.... So far this has cost me an additional £83 in storage costs for my machine having already revomed the machine from storage on the day of the first intended delivery... Update: ... 3 days after I made this review Asgard contacted me and delivered my shed the day after. The driver was on time, very professional and helpful. I am impressed with the quality of the shed, it exceeds my expectations it's parts are very much larger, heavier and stronger than I envisaged. I will update again once I have built the shed...

Love the product, time will tell exactly how secure it is. Delivery took so long though, months in fact. Extra keys are expensive.

UPDATE: According to Asgard response it hears of maybe one attempted break in a year but no thefts. I suggest Asgard maybe does some product research on mountain biking websites/ blogs - these things get broken into all the time. There have been numerous thefts of late in Edinburgh alone. I would repeat my advice - do not buy one as they can be easily broken into. Asgard’s comment below referring to its lack of control over Trust Pilot/ Google is not relevant - I was clearly referring to the reviews on Asgard’s website over which it has control. Asgard did not print my review and despite the fact that Facebook is full of stories of its sheds being broken into, there are no reviews to this effect on Asgard’s website - how strange. The offer to give me a quote to replace the door is something only a fool would offer - replace it so it can be broken into again!!!???? No thanks. WARNING: Asgard products are marketed as ultra secure storage units but can be broken into in minutes. My Asgard was professionally installed: concrete foundations; slabs; and bolts connecting unit to slabs - yet thieves gained access easily and stole two bikes worth £6k. Two well positioned crowbars and out pops the door. I am well aware that nothing is impenetrable but it is the ease with which access was gained that shocks me. Asgard clearly only prints positive reviews on its page so the reviews are not balanced. Do not buy this product to store anything other than low value items (in which case why spend c£1,000 on supply and instal at all!!)

No problem with the product which we are impressed with. Big problem with the delivery company, Expect Distribution. Really disappointed. Expensive experience for us. Would not recommend buying Asgard unless you collect the product yourself from them. We found out our car's wing mirror had been badly smashed after our neighbours alerted us directly after Expect had delivered our shed. The driver either didn't notice or didn't let on. Neither of which is good. When I rang Asgard about it I was given Expect's details and they in turn (Kevin) suggested we both involved our insurers. We did this in good faith and paid our insurers the excess of £350 to get the mirror fixed. The damage was done on 24th July. Since then Expect have not cooperated with our insurers so we haven't been reimbursed the £350. Expect express their regret about this on the phone, then do nothing about it.

After some initial issues with paint finish, a missing part and delay in customer service response, I am happy with my shed and the solution offered by Asgard. The missing part has been replaced along with a tin of touch-up paint. I have built the shed and just need to install a suitable floor (this entry level cycle shed has no steel base as advertised). It is very robust and looks really neat in the garden. Once anchored I have no doubts it will be extremely secure for my 2 road bikes, and keep my insurance company happy. I reckon I will also be able to squeeze in my folding commuter bike too. So all niggles have been sorted and the end result is a happy customer. On my initial review I stated that I had waited 12 weeks, in fact it was 9 so apologies to Asgard. I would rate 3.5 stars but half stars are not possible! This had been increased from an earlier review, prior to the resolution reached. UPDATE After 18 months the lock has become faulty. I could not open my own shed to access my bikes. Online support suggested using a hammer to force the key into the lock...hmmm I don't think so! I did not spend £500 to use a hammer on this product after such a short period of time. I have been promised a call back from customer services but have yet to get the call. Until this is resolved I am going to deduct 2-stars. If this gets resolved soon I will look at increasing the rating, but I am surprised the current lock has failed so soon. FURTHER UPDATE After a calls/emails to customer service a new lock and door mechanism was posted to me. I am happy to report that the new items have solved the problem. I will keep a close check on the lock condition over the coming months/years, to ensure they do their job.

Both locks on double bike shed don't work after just over a year since purchase. Totally useless to me. Company suggest that, due to warranty period expiry, any solution they can offer me would be chargeable. Offered to sell me another £67 replacement lock, despite the fact I already have two which don't open and one more with a broken handle. Suggested that the reason is because they are situated on gravel, but in fact, they are on a flat concrete slab, so this cannot be the reason. The locks are simply faulty.

After a long wait I arrived home to find The Assguard Lorry outside my house, a day earlier than they had previously arranged, but luckily I was in. The 2 lads on the lorry were very helpful and put the shed where I had asked etc. I was very happy with the quality and ease of construction. But as with so many of these reviews there were parts missing namely the floor and the access ramp. I phoned them up and was told I had ordered a different shed to the one which came with these parts?? I was pretty sure I didn't as the only reason I decided to go with their product was that it was insurance and police approved for motorcycle storage I even ordered the extra helmet shelves and extra stong hooks for your leathers. Now I have no proof of this as I didn't get a confirmation e-mail.. and when I phoned after the money was taken from the account they just said your order has gone through and they would send the details..(which they didn't) I then got a txt message 6 weeks later with the (all be it wrong) delivery date. I do have to say all the staff were very pleasant if of no help at all... Now I'm left with £1447 worth of secure motorcycle shed that I cant get bikes into.. and insurers don't recognise..... see reply below Or i could just return the shed as its within the statutory 14day return timescale and re-order the cheaper one that comes with a ramp and a floor?

I have two Asgard sheds that i put together 18months ago and i cannot fault the quality of materials finish or delivery. They are truly excellent and i have no condensation and they do the job well. I believe there is further potential for accessories such as shelves and bike and tool holders but i have managed to accommodate such with a little ingenuity. However i am very very pleased with my Asgard products. Well done.

Excellent product which has plenty of space for four bikes and accessories. We have the Asgard plus which means I don’t have to take apart my bike apart when storing and very easy to access when going out for a ride. The unit is robust and secure and fits our needs perfectly.

The shed I ordered went together quickly and relatively easily. Had a problem with the tool rack, the one that came with the shed didn’t fit, but a replacement was sent out within two weeks, once I had explained what the problem was. Staff were pleasant and helpful if a little evasive at times. Overall I’m pleased the the end product.

10 year warranty, Police Approved, premium product,.... lock jammed after 14 months... "Oh unfortunately the locks only guaranteed for 12 months, it's in the small print" So i'm guilty of taking the product at face value and not spending my valuable time searching through the company's small print. £165 for a new door and another £125 for an engineer. I've posted this review on Asgards website, not hopeful that it will get through their moderation.

Ordered 2 of these 7ft x 3ft sheds. Both arrived badly scratched on multiple panels, down to the bare metalwork. When assembling it appeared that I must be doing something wrong as the locking door refused to close at all due to the locking bar being longer than the door seemed to allow. Called customer service to ask if I was missing a trick and was promised a call back the same day with some advice, no such phone call. Decided not to bother building the second until the first unit was resolved, awaiting the response from Asgard. No response the following day either, so the annual leave taken to build these was wasted. Realising I had a second unit the same, I removed the locking door and compared it to the other and this proved that the manufacturing was at fault as the second door had a shorter locking pin. Took photos of this and fitted the second door to the unit instead and emailed customer support (again) with the proof and explanation of the fault. The newly fitted door allowed the unit to close but another fault meant that the door was so tight it would not lock even though the frame was completely level. No response for a week. Subsequent repeated chases to custom services finally resulted in an acceptance of fault. Bear in mind that I had 2 units, both unusable, with plenty of items to store from the previous storage I had to tear down to make room for these units... Customer services allowed me to swap the unbuilt unit for an EBike unit instead (paying the additional difference) after my lack of trust in this unit, they initially wanted to charge me 30% (£125) for the privilege of returning an unusable/faulty unit... Had a text message at 8pm one night confirming a delivery date a week different to that confirmed by Customer Services, telling me to respond within 12 hours (8pm to 8am?) confirming this date was ok. Rang up customer services and spoke to the manager that I was dealing with, who sighed at me saying "this isn't us, that's a different department". I asked her to confirm which date was correct though which was clearly a problem but later I had a call from the "logistics" department confirming it was the later date. The chat with them basically indicated that I was expected to dismantle the entire unit myself to give back the 3 faulty parts on the assembled unit. I asked if this was not going to be done by the delivery guys/installers but was told customer services refused this... Goodwill gesture and all that. Over 6 weeks after the issue was raised with Asgard I finally got a replacement door and top panel (a side fascia was meant to be delivered but was missing, but at this point I had lost the will..). The replacement parts fixed the problem with being unable to lock the unit, but the newly delivered EBike unit had one panel dropped on delivery and bent in such a way that this unit now cannot open/close properly. The driver tried his best to correct but unfortunately couldn't fix. The unit also came with multiple scratches and a dented floor panel, which I corrected to hopefully speed up this saga. Emailed customer services with all of the new information but (shockingly..) received no response, not even an acknowledgement. Chased again to no avail with both customer services and the sales team. So in total, 3 Asgard units have been delivered and all 3 have been damaged/unusable. The "complaints" section of the website seems to indicate people get a resolution within 24 hours and compensation etc. I can't even get a response, and compensation is definitely not something I received. Review posted to their website and facebook but both miraculously don't get approved or responded to, seems you can only post a review that paints them in the best possible light.

I have been trying for 3 months to get a shed delivered to no avail. Asgard have delivered incomplete sheds, missed 4 delivery dates and been very poor communicators. Avoid this company. I am totally at a loss as to how to resolve this. Update The missing panels were delivered today - on the wrong date with no prior warning. It was fortuitous that I as in. Replacements for the damaged screws were not. I worry this is going to be another ongoing battle to have these delivered. Further update Asgard has kindly offered £75 as compensation for the delivery difficulties. The shed itself is fantastic. Exactly what I wanted.
