I have ordered boots, and two pairs of jeans and couldnt be happier. Also, fast delivery and super easy returns which is important when you are looking for the right fit.

United States | 17 February 2023Been ordering from Revolve for YEARS because they are a PROFESSIONAL company, EASILY reachable, totally cooperative and accommodating. I don't understand the negative reviews here. When I receive something from them that I don't like in person, they make it SO EASY to return it and they always credit my card. I've never received anything I didn't order. I also love the way they send you a comfirmation email almost immediately after placing an order, even if it's the middle of the night! FAST delivery WITH a prepaid return sticker! I mean, they couldn't be anymore accommodating. The reason Ive been a customer so long is of course, mainly for the clothing. You just can't find clothing like they offer anywhere else at that price. They're way of doing business keeps me calm and at peace. LOVE them!

I know this product well as I have used it in the past. The one I received from Revolve has different colour! and different consistency! It is a scam in my opinion.

Canada | 03 February 2023I’m shocked! I bought a number of items on sale, 3 skirts, 1 blouse and 2 tank tops. Regular price for all would have been $1068. The sale price was $500, which is still substantial, however the quality is APPALLING - I would not have paid more than $200 for all of it, regular price. I can’t understand how a costumer would pay full price and not feel like they were robbed! I would say Zara quality would have been better. This is comparable to Shein but with designer price tags. Everything looks beautiful, photographed on the models, the website looks high end and the high price points to match, which is why it feels deceiving. Perhaps the higher end brand names are OK but don’t trust if buying the lesser known name brands. These garments are cheap quality and the prices are clearly being marked up exorbitant amounts. They can’t actually be worth more than 5% of what you’re paying. Perhaps the sale items are on sale because no one wanted to keep them, but I still don’t understand how they cost so much. It’s a mystery.

However, I based on my instinct and decided to go ahead with my purchases on Revolve US site. What I like about it is that there is an option to opt for DDP (delivery duty paid) in which it is hassle-free. Speed of delivery was fast (less than a week) and I received a tracking number to track my parcel all the way from US to Malaysia.

Although I've had to make several returns because of sizing and sometimes quality, I will say that they ship really fast and returns are free and easy. I've never had a problem getting my money back. My only complaint is that some items are too expensive for the item. But I've gotten many things on sale that I really like.

Spain | 06 January 2023Egregious markups on clothes that are poorly made. The fabrics they use for a multitude of the brands they carry is synthetic, poorly constructed and see through. Most recently I ordered a swimsuit and two pareos from the brand Mikoh which used to be a luxury swim brand. The pareos that were over $100 each were just small, cotton squares with unfinished edges that immediately started to unravel. The bikini was so rough and poorly made it might as well have been Shein or Zaful. Save your money and do not order from here

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY** **update No.2: I gave revolve my details on here as requested, they have not resonded to me so please don't take their reply to my post as an indication of any kind of resolution, nearly 2 months since I returned my item and still no refund. My €152 is gone. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY** **update No.1: I am now battling with Revolve through PayPal trying to get my money back. The worst customer experience of mine in recent years. Do not purchase from this company, they will not refund you and will deny receiving your refunded items even if you have tracking that proves they did.** I ordered a dress that was of a heavier material than I needed and didn't fit me so I returned it using the recommended supplier. I got a receipt for proof of return and although I returned the item on the 01 December I haven't received the money back. Revolve have stated that it was delivered and until I return the item I won't get a refund but if I put the tracking number in on Parcel Connect it tells me that it was returned and signed for on the 20 December. I don't really know what to do here... I returned the item in the specified manner and I just want my money back.

Canada | 29 December 2022Please boycott this website Revolve. They cancelled my order many times despite having zero problems with Paypal, my credit card company and being a first time customer. It will unfortunately be my last. I tried to order a Stuart Weitzman boots that is unavailable on the official website my size but they are having issues and giving me excuses that they can't process my order because of their "Risk Management" team who uses inefficient, unsophisticated and low class methods of verification- make me send photo of my credit card and government ID by email. I refuse to do that and they won't even accept Paypal. They are suspicious and trying to collect personal information and credit card numbers for fraud and to scam users. I even called Paypal and had agent stay with me online when re attempting to place order with Revolve but Paypal also figured out this website is suspicious as it is also raising red flags. I never had problems like this making purchases above 1000 USD / CAD online. Just with Revolve. They are too peasant and I advise everyone to never shop with them ever again. Tip for consumers: Please avoid and boycott Revolve and shop somewhere else. Products used: Tried to purchase a pair of Stuart Weitzman boots in black. I didn't end up using because they keep cancelling my order and want me to provide government ID and photo of credit card just to buy boots, which is ridiculous!
