I do not work for revolve, I’m sad to read so many negative reviews. Since I have been buying from them since 2006. It’s my go to website their customer service excels any other company even Saks or nordstroms. They carry more expensive brands, but you really get what you pay for, when I ever had any issues they refund my money almost no questions asked. The vile reviews seem so ill intended they make me sad I really care for the company and their business I really hope people would think in all the people working really hard to keep a business running. I mean people can be so mean when hurting other peoples business it’s so sad 😞

Achtung, übelste Abzocke. Mir wurde ein leerer Schuhkarton geschickt. Man schrieb mir, es sei ja das Gewicht auf dem Umkarton erkennbar gewesen und schickte mir dann als Beweis ein Foto mit dem verschlossenen Schuhkarton, im Umkarton. Der Umkarton (die Verpackung) war auf dem Beweisfoto offen. Es hätte also durchaus jemand nach dem Wiegen den Inhalt entfernt haben können. Auch ich, so wie viele andere hier, wurde auf PayPal und Käuferschutz verwiesen. Das funktioniert aber nur, wenn man den Vorfall zur Anzeige bei der Polizei vorlegt. Also bitte, lasst die Finger von diesem Laden.

Sizes are so incorrect and wrong I doubted my real size 12 with xl too small what is going on totally dissatisfied upset and hassle in returning items and have to wait nearly a month for refund after alot of reminders will not be using or recommending you company

Shoppe bei Revolve seitdem sie in die Schweiz gekommen sind. Bis jetzt keine Probleme. Website, Bezahlung, Versand einfach top und unkompliziert! Hier finde ich, was andere Retailer nicht im Sortiment haben und das zu einem fairen Preis! Ja okay, ab und zu gibt es Ware mit etwas schlechterer Qualität, das hält sich aber in Massen und ist bei mir nur bei billigeren Brands oder im Ausverkauf passiert. Auch retourniert habe ich schon einiges, wo man sagen muss dass es etwas länger geht, da alles zurück in die USA muss, aber wer Geduld hat, sollte auch da keine Probleme haben! (Kundenservice war bis jetzt auch ausgesprochen zuvorkommend) Auch die App ist super, ich bleibe treuer Kunde :)

ACHTUNG Betrüger!!! Ich habe mein Paket am 08.03 geschickt es ist ein Monat her, revolve hat mein Paket längst erhalten sehe ich bei der Sendungsverfolgung. Ich habe dem Kundenservice geschrieben, ich erhalte keine Antwort die mir weiterhilft. Revolve sagt mir nur das ich den Fall schließen soll bei Paypal was sehr merkwürdig ist schalte nun meine Rechtsschutz ein. AUFPASSEN

I have shopped with Revolve since 2006 on a consistent basis. I want to address a couple of the reviews here that are negative and extremely hard to believe. First of all, hey EXCEL at service. They always answer the phone; they always promptly help you and are extremely generous, and courteous. I have never dealt with one service representative that was ever snarky. I will give examples. On one order I accidentally requested overnight shipping for $20. I called, they refunded it. Only once since 2006 has a package been lost. They had me complete a form & after 3 business days and a refund was issued. I returned something one time without the tag, only because I changed my mind . . no questions asked (I'm not saying to take advangate .. )Returns are easy! No shipping deduction or restocking fee. They use Happy Returns. Your refunds are processed automatically within 2-3 business days. If you mail back your return, they provide a pre-shipping label, and once the item is received by the warehouse, your refund is processed in 5 days. They have always been responsive and have always handled any issue with professionalism and positive results. Their brands are authentic! Not fake. I have spent hundreds of dollars with revolve and I know what I'm talking about. To the person that talked about cheap materials. Honey, that has to do with the vendor not Revolve. If a vendor sells cheap quality materials and charge a higher price .. well then return it. Revolve charges the same price you would find at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Saks etc. that those retailers would charge. It is against regulations to mark up brands or mark down brands (unless on sale) than other retailers. To the person complaining about trails of emails regarding a frayed jacket; it is very hard for me to believe that Revolve did not accept that item back. In fact, some of the things they do just amaze me in their service. I do not work for this company. I have referred many of my friends to Revolve because of their excellent and timely service. They are my #1 go-to for all online shopping. I don't know any other retailer that doesn't offer FREE shipping, FREE returns, fast process of refunds (most take 7-15 business days!), no restocking fees, and timely, swift service. Get a grip.

Absolutely terrible quality! You’d think at those prices they’d use nicer materials and finishing touches. These pieces were awful! So not worth it, hopefully returning will be easy!

I have been ordering from revolve for years and I've only had two issues. One was a jumpsuit and when it was laundered it started to fray. I spoke with customer service they credited my account and told me to send it back. The second issue was a pair of silver boots and when I received them they were scuffed up with scratches. I contacted them and placed an order for a new pair to be sent out. Unfortunately, the second pair that was sent out was the first pair, same scratches, same scuff marks. I called customer service they were extremely pleasant and told me put them in the box send them back and gave me a 10% discount on my next purchase. All in all I have to say for the many years I have dealt with them I had nothing but great service.

Revolva Europe: Kleding besteld € 90 en is niet aangekomen. e-mail van customerservice werkt niet (meer). Geld is niet terug te vorderen omdat er via Mollie is betaald. Track en Trace is van China post. Aangifte gedaan bij de politie en melding gemaakt bij ACM Consuwijzer.

I'm thrilled with my purchase! I have a DIane Von Furstenberg dress that I absolutely love, but I recently lost weight and needed it in a smaller size. It was sold out on the DVF website, and I couldn't find the dress anywhere. As luck would have it, the dress just popped up on Revolve in my size - I purchased it and it arrived within 2 days! It is perfect and I couldn't be happier with the speedy shipping.

This company take days to verify your information, they gives your personal data to companies that look at your credit and personal data. they make question about your social security and very private information you should never share with any other.Too expensive and too much trouble to make any purchase. Others companies just confirm the information with the bank and works good. I do not recommend Revolve because they don’t respect customers privacy! Too expensive and complicated.

I ordered a very expensive pair of trousers from Revolve (make is Freddy). After a few wears, the material (faux leather), began to crack and they became unwearable. We are countless emails down the line, months into the process, the trousers have been returned. Not only has there been no effort to resolve the issue, but no updates nor communication in this regard.
