United States | 13 August 2022I have been shopping here for years. I stopped for about a year due to the many reoccurring shipping issues that transpired. I returned again recently in hopes that things were back to the way they were before and I am just in disbelief to see the significant decline in customer service competency. It is absolutely mind blowing. Each time I play a next day order and pay $50.00, for Saturday delivery, they almost never get it out of their warehouse. I try to be proactive about it and spend time calling customer service, and somehow they still leave my orders behind. The reps are just basically trained to read a script and even their supervisors are as lost as they are. Poorly trained and not given access to be able to truly assist the customer with shipping inquiries. On various occasions they also send a back in stock email and within minutes, the items are sold out. I find this company to be one of the worst online retailers as it relates to customer care.

Germany | 01 August 2022Komplett überteuerte Ware , ganz schlechte Qualität. Ich kaufe sonst nur Designer Ware und wollte diesen Shop eine Chance geben ! Leider komplett Reinfall ! Rückabwicklung ging aber unkompliziert mit Bezahlung/Rückerstattung über Klarna keine Probleme daher 2 Sterne!

However Revolve is fantastic the items arrive in 3 days and the return policy is amazing any items I returned I had the money was back in my account within 3 days. I’d highly recommend them.

United Kingdom | 21 July 2022I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was so grateful for the service I received from the revolve team I thought it was worth a mention. I asked to return a dress after the 90 day return had expired as i was planning to wear it for my wedding and it no longer fit. They so graciously let me return it with a full refund, the team were great with communication and so helpful, I can’t fault the service at all. The dresses are beautiful as well, if I had one critique it’s that they could be packed nicer. You would expect £400 dresses to come in a box, not just a bag. However, as I said, the service was superb, so reliable and I always got a response by email within 12 hours. Could not fault them.

United States | 15 July 2022I love shopping at Revolve but I doubt I will be making any purchases there after a recent incident. I was shopping for summer and made two expensive purchases within two days period. One of the purchases was a bunch of clothing (I always order couple sizes because you never know how it would fit) and the second purchase was JUST a pair of Bottega Veneta sunglasses. Both purchases were sent in one box, so when I needed to return some sizes that didn’t work from the first purchase and the sunglasses from the second purchase I returned it the same way - in that one box. However although the clothing from the first purchase was refunded, the sunglasses were not. And it’s a $400 sunglasses. When I contacted the customer service they said that the sunglasses were never in the box….. the box didn’t have holes in it, I used the same return label that they provided, I taped it several times to make sure the box stayed closed. How it was not in the box I could not understand. It is not a piece of jewelry that could be lost easily, it’s a pair of sunglasses that was also in a bright lime colored box… very hard to miss. I contacted the customer service 3 times within the period of 2 weeks. Every time they said that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. To this day no one contacted me. I do shop online a lot as we don’t have a lot of shopping options in Iowa but I’ve never had an experience like this before. Taking matters into my own hands I had to dispute the charge with my bank. But the relationship with Revolve is definitely bruised beyond repair. The fact that they sent two expensive purchases in one box and then claimed I’ve never returned it is just unbelievable. I didn’t see any effort to resolve the issue either as no one has ever contacted me. I’ll continue checking their inventory as they do have a very convenient website and beautiful pictures (hence 2 stars) but if I like something I most likely would try to find it in some other website and purchase it from there. Especially if it is something expensive like those sunglasses.

Netherlands | 09 July 2022Very poor quality for that price. The dress arrived and it smelt like cigarettes. Also the price tag was not even on the dress, but was seperately put in the bag. I will definetly return the dress and I hope that they will have a good refund process. Otherwise they will get another bad review.

Germany | 22 June 2022Die Sendung hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Für Bestellungen nach Deutschland muss auch kein Zoll gezahlt werden. Jedoch ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis abgrundtief miserabel. Für 180€ habe ich einen stinkenden Polyester Stofffetzen bekommen, aus dem die Löcher unsauber rausgeschnitten und nicht vernäht wurden. Die Löcher wirken, als ob sie jeden Moment einreißen könnten. Der Verschluss des Catsuits besteht aus Klettverschluss, der jedes Mal aufgeht, wenn ich mich bücke. Ich persönlich werde kein zweites Mal dort bestellen, denn für den hohen Preis erwarte ich eine bessere Qualität!

Switzerland | 13 June 2022Die Kleider hatten eine ausreichender Qualität, bei einem jumpsuit der knapp 300€ kostet finde ich es schwer zu akzeptieren das bei Nr. 1 hinten vollkommen falsch vernäht wurde und Nr. 2 nicht Blickdicht ist vorbei wodurch man die Hosentaschen durch sieht was wirklich bescheuert aussah… :( schade!! Darauf wie schnell ich mein Geld zurück bekomme bin ich auch gespannt, vor 3 Wochen zurück gesendet und erst eine Mail bekommen. ( Bei asos vor 1 Woche was zurück geschickt und eine Bestätigunsmail bekommen dass das Geöd in den nächz2-3 Tagen wieder auf dem Konto ist… )

All of my favorite brands, in addition, you can usually find some good sales on high quality brands that can’t be found anywhere else. When I had to exchange something, they helped me out with the process so I basically just had to drop the package off. It also was completely resolved within a week. I feel like people with negative experiences always remember to write a review, so those of us with positive ones need to remember as well. Also there is a place to put in the discount code, I had no issues with it. And they do tell you the cost of shipping which is usually free. I don’t think that person was paying attention because that statement was just completely erroneous, I used a discount code.
