I tried to exchange it to the store and they said they don’t accept online orders or exchanges. I called customer service and they stated I had to ship it, at my expense $18, through Fed Ex, to the warehouse 19 miles from my house.

Was sent an email shortly after saying it's against policy to cancel the order once the process had started. The order had not been even pulled yet!!! It was overpriced by 200 % for both product and shipping (each) It is the wrong item after all that.
