Great selection of Hayward products. I ordered a new Hayward superpump on Sat night of Memorial Day weekend and it was at my house on Tuesday morning. Very impressed with Doheny’s services. Will definitely be buying more from them in the future.

Four of our gallon cans of Zeron Ice Blue pool paint arrived very dented. Looking at the way they were packed in the boxes...they must have been loaded into the boxes that way. The other eight cans were not dented. We are disappointed that Doheny would knowingly send damaged cans. Externally, before opening the box, we could smell paint. We don't see any paint leakage, but we assume that if we can smell paint fumes, the badly dented cans are where it is coming from...and if fumes are escaping, the quality and integrity of the paint is definitely in question. We spent well over $1000 on paint and primer... We should not be receiving damaged cans...nor should we receive boxes omiting paint fumes, when the cans are sealed at the top...through both an external box and four internal boxes. I will be reaching out to customer service to see what can be done.

I received the filter quickly and originally gave a high rating based on that and the quality of the filter. Dropped my rating because, I am having trouble with installation, and reached out to Customer service, only to be told I need to find a pool technician to answer my question, they only sell you the item. If your a homeowner looking to install your filter and pump, I’d look elsewhere.

I ordered an item because the website states next day delivery in bold print. Recieved an email that it would be 4 days until it arrived. Was on the phone for too too long trying to cancel with no resolution. My item arrived and it is not even what I ordered!! Very dissatisfied.

We placed our order with 100% correct information for billing we then got an email saying our information was fraudulent. The money was put on hold through the bank for days on end. We called customer service and they told us yes the order was canceled and there was no fixing it. Later that night I got an email saying the order was processing. I emailed customer service back yesterday and was told no the order is not shipping that the confirmation email was in error. And now here we are getting another email saying thank you for your order when your company never fulfilled the order.

I ordered a 1 1/2 horse power motor and received a 1 horse power motor. It will not work

Ordered a new filter & pump. After being promised delivery within 2 days, the shipment was put on a FedEx truck for delivery. After a few more days, it was sent back to FedEx for inspection. The box was mutilated & yet it was still delivered to us 2 days later. I contacted Doheny's & a new one was delivered but I still have to return the original damaged one. I told them their packaging was really bad. They didn't care. After many hours of installing the new filter/pump & trips to the pool store, I got more "o rings" They only give you 2 & the larger one is too big for the unit. The unit requires several.

They have good prices. Good quality, very happy with their product. Very happy with the prices.

Everything was great. FedEx kept saying delivery was earlier than expected. It was delivered on the last day they predicted.
