When owning any pet, pet insurance is an important factor - especially if you have a breed prone to issues. My initial quotes for my French Bulldog were expensive but 4Paws shone through as one of the cheapest. They were advertised with a 5 Star Defacto rating and offered the plan (lifetime with the vet fees) I wanted. Once my policy had started and sometime after, my dog sadly developed problems with his back legs and needed an operation to correct this. 4Paws paid this without any issue, direct to my Vet, and my dog is back to his normal self. Even during COVID, 4Paws paid out in a reasonable amount of time 100% recommend these guys.

Very professional service. Once we downloaded the relevant paperwork we gave it to our vet and they processed it. We did nothing else, so a very easy process. The payment went directly to the vet. Excellent 5 stars

Uncomplicated claim proceedure. Couple of forms for the vet to fill out and return. Speed depends on when the Vetinary practice decides to return them but payment is fast and efficient. Good communication during the claim process as well

I would really rate 4Paws, we have unfortunately had a very poorly bulldog over the past few years and have never had any issues filing a claim. Every time I have spoken to 4Paws they have been super helpful and pleasant.

This was a tricky claim since after the initial claim there was additional treatments, so two supplementary claims were required. It was all administered very efficiently and accurately.

Since the start of my ongoing claim for our dog when he was diagnosed with a chronic condition 15 months ago 4Paws have been excellent, especially at the start when they dealt with our claim with sensitivity and professionalism. There is never any problems with the vet bills even during the current pandemic.

We have been very pleased since changing to 4paws 2 years ago. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. We have had a health problem with our Cavalier and they have always been extremely helpful. I've only given them 4 stars because the claims seem a little delayed and I never give anyone 5 stars.
