United Kingdom | 16 December 2020One of the rabbits got sick with GI stasis and taken to the emergency vet (price was disgustingly high) then the next day taken to my own vet. I paid upfront and claimed back with 4paws. They paid out quick and communication was efficient. What is annoying is having to claim twice for the two vets when it is one problem. This has happened previously where I needed a third and fourth vet for specialist care and scans. It starts to get complicated. Maybe this can be looked at

I’ve had to claim a couple of times this year for an ongoing health issue with my kitten, and 4Paws have been absolutely superb throughout. All customer service advisors have been above and beyond fantastic - so helpful, friendly and understanding when I was feeling upset and overwhelmed. Although they are liaising with my vets directly, I’ve been updated at every step of each claim. I would never choose another pet insurance over 4Paws. Thank you so much!!
