Settled claim in full in expected time frame. No problems at all, have already recommended them to a friend.

Have had to claim several times and its never been an issue, from small claims for an injury to larger hip dysplasia claims which are for life, our monthly cost has gone up slightly but the medication they pay for weekly is much more expensive so it works out even better for us. Customer service are great too, won't be changing from them!

My little Frenchie x has never been ill and I always said to my fiance I am wasting money paying for insurance as he will never need it. Well out of nowhere, he had to go for a major operation and have a disk removed from his neck. I pulled out my policy last minute hoping he would be covered. I paid the specialist a deposit upfront as it was an emergency surgery and my vet processed the balance through NCI directly. Always have an answer / confirmation roughly 10 days from submission of a claim. Really, really impressed and grateful for this team of people who calmed me down during a very stressful period!

For cystitus treatment of the pee channels I had to pay in the vet around 300£ then the insurance company 4paws paid me back only 70% of the bill back I send them 2 emails with question why and they didn't bothered to answer me so 0% communication claim have to be made by the vet to avoid issues.

Good cover and paid out promptly on claim. Happy with customer service.

Claim dealt with in good time. Communication throughout was clear and updates provided throughout the process. Only slight problem was lack of input on the processing information of the vet hospital claim that was sent direct by them.

We’ve had more than average use of our dogs pet insurance and every time there has been no problem with the claims , when I’ve had to ring to ask a question the phone is answered quickly by a uk call centre and dealt with efficiently .
