I just applied for 4 accounts with Canvas and so far so good. They have good rates that are fixed and is guaranteed for the term. The only thing I would ask them to work on is the application process. It is cumbersome and the system is not very user friendly. Of the 4 accounts I only see 2 accounts when I log in.

I'm not savvy with online banking, transfers or even email. I wouldn't have been able to transfer the money without the customer support. She literally guided me through the process even though I kept making mistakes , costing her time. When transferring from another investment or brokerage the application process was to difficult for me. I would have gave up and put my money elsewhere if it hadn't been for Nicole.

Good way to grow your portfolio safely.

I submitted an online annuity application, it appeared to complete. I printed off the information only to find out the money transfer did not happen. I was not notified of this until I called to see why I didn't see the policy online. I had to do the entire application over, now waiting to see if it completes this time. the in person / on the phone customer service was very polite and helpful.

I like everything about the annuity but funding it sucks. it would not transfer funds from any of my bank accounts.

Process was pretty easy to set up the annuity. I emailed a couple of questions that were answered clearly and promptly. The only thing I would like to see is a more detailed list of all the information one needs at your fingertips before starting the process, eg. passwords of the bank the funds are coming from. I had to start over after a couple of hours of scavenging to find information min-process. One I had all that, the process was easy.

It was very easy to follow the online directions to purchase the Annuity. The only issue was when I got an email to finish registration and I feel it all should have been done thru the initial purchase.

You make it difficult to add contingent benefisuary.
