Trustworthy company with excellent interest rates!

My experience in filling out the application, transferring the funds didn't happen overnight...but it happened nicely and smoothly. Devon answered a few questions ...so the customer service seems to be on point! Consider me a satisfied client! My state's Guaranty Association guarantees up to $300K...in case of insolvency. Thanks to their rates and ease of the process....I'd love to invest more with Canvas in another annuity. But I hesitate because anything else I invest isn't guaranteed. Just trying to make a responsible decision... Has anyone else invested above their state's guarantee limits? If Canvas reads this....thank you for your product and wonderful customer service!

Higher rate and ease of application.

Devon and Lida's personal service plus the highest 3 year annuity rates are the reason for my rating. HOWEVER, getting to this point was NOT easy. Here is what I learned during the process: 1. Website glitch prevented my initial forms submission. 2. Devon helped (talked by phone) me through some of their website forms AND he corrected several of my mistakes. 3. If you don't see solid green checkmarks for each and every step, the process is not complete. 4. Canvas has a $1,000,000 cap on each annuity. If you have more to invest you must complete ALL the same forms again for the additional annuity(s). 5. Unlike EVERY other annuity I investigated, if interest rate increases within 30 days of your policy/annuity issue date, Canvas WILL back date and pay you the higher interest rate on your entire annuity(s). 6. You deliver annuity funds to their Puritan Life affiliate in Lincoln, Nebraska. If you need help or have any problems with payment(s), Sandy and her staff are amazingly helpful and cordial at Puritan. P.S. My prior annuity was with Gainbridge, which turned into a complete NIGHTMARE. They even bounced (NSF) a $1Million check when I was doing a rollover to Canvas. Would not surprise me if Gainbridge/Group1001 turns out to be the next Madoff/Bankman-Fried house of cards.

Very Easy and Fast online Application Process ! No need for an agent attempting to sell you a deficient product so they can pad their comissions. I tried multiple times to call their 888 line. I wanted to speak with someone before I send a LARGE check into Cyberspace. Update: The folks at Canvas did contact me as promised below. I was very satisfied and had all questioned answered. Thank you.

Good information and rates offering

Was very excited to engage with Canvas; however, after beginning the application process, I tried to log in again, password/email not recognized. 3 more attempts and still cannot get access. Concerned that this is not legitimate or perhaps just ineptitude in their I/T process. Very unfortunate, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Online digital application is neat, clean, comprehensible, easy to follow step by step instructions. The customer service is fantastic. They answer emails very quickly; they return phone call very quickly as well. The portal is the best. Everything is there...info, correspondence inbound and out, easy to edit and update; all financial data at your fingertips.

This site answers most of your questions by clicking on the Ben Franklin symbol. Very thorough.

Strong interest rate. Good rating. Easy application process except my bank was not available to the electronic check platform.
