Been with Canvas since Nov 2022 after a nightmare experience with Gainbridge. They may own/sponsor the Indy 500 but their annuity handling competentcy was THE WORST. Gainbridge even bounced their $1MILLION check when I moved to Canvas! Today, I have 3 Canvas annuities. Devon and Lida have provided fantastic service every time I need it.

very simple and smooth

I did not have opportunity to list the fundings from matured Roth annuity that I replaced with this Puritan Roth annuity. The system filled in the answers incorrectly. I did not have opportunity to review my upload the image of my signatures and initials. For the purpose of funding what is the identification or eventually the Roth policy of this application ?

I called Canvas to review and get more information about their Annuities. The representative Agent was difficult to hear on the telephone, with an echo as if using a speakerphone. More than that, she seemed abrupt and anxious to end our rather brief conversation about Canvas annuities. In the end, my thought was that if this was the service that I would receive from Canvas agents, I best look elsewhere for an annuity product.
