I would recommend your site to anyone who needs that extra IP protection. For me I used it for 6+ years. I work with bank applications and all of a sudden they built firewalls that would not allow me to log in with different IP addresses. I will give it a try in another month or two and see if I can log in. Bottom line how can you go wrong for the price?

I am in China, but kept having to reconfigure the VPN, or download a new version. Biggest complaint is that it would not stay logged on. Uncommon to stay connected more than 30 minutes.

The pricing of the GoTrusted VPN service was good for me, not too expensive. And it worked great on my iPad. But it never worked on my Mac Notebook. Even after countless support calls to GoTrusted and trying many different settings, it would not work. Nevertheless, the support and patience provided by the GoTrusted support team was excellent.

The VPN tunnel works great but it will not be as fast just connecting to the internet. So it gives you privacy but at a diminished speed. I found this great for average internet tasks but when downloaded large files or torrents then it becomes a time issue. If you have a lot of time then no problem but when your in a hurry it's not something you have control over and you just have to wait for you downloads to finish.

For a paid service, GoTrusted is way too expensive for the services they provide. Unstable, i was rarely able to be connected for more than five minutes at a time, never on PPTP. Very slow speed. All in all, I paid for the service for six months and I am now connected with a free vpn that is way better.

For the service you provide it can't be beat for the price!.

I have not been able to use Go Trusted for several months. I connect to Go Trusted and then when I try to load a website it doesn't load. From that time on I cannot use my internet even when I disconnect Go Trusted. I have to shut down my computer in order to reconnect to the internet. I just reactivated because I thought there was a problem with my credit card, however I continue with the same problems. I had to close down my computer and reconnect in order to send this message. I plan to cancel if this doesn't get fixed soon. When I originally subscribed I was very satisfied.

The overall performance of the service is okay but lots of disconnections will make you disappointing. There are many sensitive actions which will be corrupted if your connection lost or disconnected. Since month ago the longest event I was be able to hang on online after connecting was 10 minutes! This is unacceptable!

I was a GoTrusted customer for quite some time, then I got a free six month trial of [external reference], and I was impressed. Good software, performance, customer service. Still, it was more expensive so I went back to GoTrusted at the end of the six months. My experience the second time was worse than before, or maybe I just had a new perspective. I had more dropped connections on both Windows and Mac. Connection speed was good, but I also learned that GoTrusted privacy policies are not as stringent as [external reference], which keeps no system logs whatsoever. I switched back!

I typically use GoTrusted off and on, when I travel or need to hang out in coffee shops waiting for something. The actual service is good and makes me feel better about exposing my laptop at public Wi-Fi locations. Their customer service, though, is what sets them apart--I originally used the service for a few weeks and then asked for it to be turned off. AND THEY DID IT! Since I kept the software and account, next time I needed it, I turned it back on, used it, and then asked them to turn it off. Once again, they did it without arguing, negotiating, or cajoling. That's the kind of customer service that will keep me returning.
