I used it to make sure I was secure using wifi hotspots while traveling. Very easy to use and allows me to worry a bit less about what security may or may not be running on the wifi I'm using.

Frequent disconnects, even after several support emails. Slow speed issues. Need more reliable servers.

I used GoTrusted in China. I was only getting a few kilobytes of data per second but it got the job done. Good support, too.

I only stopped using it because i simply didn't need it anymore, and will surely use it again in the future if needed Great software, great value... great job !

It is simple and easy to use. It works quietly in the background and just does the work efficiently and surely. It is also reasonably priced and is easy to set up and to discontinue when it is not needed. I will not hesitate to use it again in the future.

Go Trusted software does work well, hides your Ip and says it secures everything online (how do you know for sure though with any Vpn?) But as far as I can tell this works better than most. It does periodically freeze up or disconnect, but there are several connection options to help you along. If you still have trouble like I did, the support team with GoTrusted is AWESOME, and generally reply back within 12 hours. I highly recommend to anyone for security purposes.

Totally Worth those few bucks a month if you're going to be away for a while. Access to social media but also to information and news sites that are unavailable for no reason in China. Because being blocked all the time for three months during my stay in China just was not part of my plan I opted for GoTrusted. Worked on my laptop as well as on both my Android cell phones. The bad part is the fact that I had to try to reconnect (or simply just connect) dozens of times a day because sometimes the VPN would work for only 5-10mn. That being said, not sure the entire fault was on GoTrusted, as the chinese internet connexions that I came accross were all very slow and/or bad.

GoTrusted is a great looking solution, it traverses firewalls with easy so set-up is a breeze. However, I spent all my time having to 'reconnect' and it was rare for it to keep the connection past 10-15 minutes. Very annoying when you have a decent sized file to download.

As a Canadian living in the UK, I enjoyed having access to some of my favourite programs from home. i found the price to be very reasonable and if I ever had an access issue, it was promptly addressed. Have reccommended Go-Trusted to several ex-pat friends. Thank-you.

Go Trusted is a very user friendly service. I did find that it cut out occasionally but that could easily be attributed to a weak ISP. Overall,a good service for the money.

Constantly switched off often within minutes of re-logging on. Applied a free VPN and it worked great!

The very worst service ever I have been sending you emails for months concerning persistent disconnection issues during downloading. All I ever got back from you was an automated response saying we will contact you within 24 or 48 hours? and it never happened until I cancelled I want all my money returned I have all the back up and have sent to my credit card company and will post online or send to you, this has been going on for over 6 months and absolutely no help from you whatsoever. You need to review your customer service procedures if you want to keep customers....

I was in China and needing a quick resolution to connecting with my home network in Australia, It's not that easy though if you've been there recently. I didn't manage to make the connection but, it was in no way the fault of GoTrusted. I'm adding my review because I was astounded & pleased by the service and ease of setup of this product. It goes with my endorsement as a great all rounder answer to the VPN problem.

I opt out for the next month..paid for 1 month.. they canceled me after 1 week, because I didn't renew... they owe me for 3 weeks

This was the first time ever using this. I spent a week in China and could not log in to my gmail so needed this. I plan to be back in 3 months. I would use it again, but will not need during the 3 months I am not there so I stopped subscription. The log in process was sometimes upto 1 minute long. This seemed a bit long to me. Thanks, Felipe
