The laptop app might have slight problems that it drops sometimes, but normally it works great. Perfect performance on phones and tablets.

unfortunately the VPN protection is too weak for the counter system that are existing in China; very often the software was recording a network interference and so stopping the data flow; sometimes also the interference were able to stop GoTrusted.

I used your service for months but it was very bad. It kept disconnecting rapidly. I waited for any update or fixing for this issue but nothing came. I am so sorry ti say your service needs a lot of work on interface and performance. Hope your services will be better in future!!

I downloaded GoTrusted to use while living in China for a year. It worked most of the time however I found it did frequently drop out. Although I put this down to being on a poorly configured, shared network with 50 other people who were also probably using their own VPNs and causing conflicts. So I would recommend, especially as you can cancel at any time which is very handy.

Good and fast connections. Will use go trusted on my next trip to China.

maybe it was my credit card info which was bad, but i tried ot re-register via paypal and was immediately kicked out of the service. I wanted to sign up but could not.

Sometime it took about 15 to 20 minutes to connect to go trusted secure tunnel.

The software experienced interruptions during use.

The product on Win8.1 need to be installed each time after boot. It does not appear on the applications list after installation The product does not hold the link for more than few minutes, and need to restart. Even a direct configuration to the server does not hold the link The speed is very low when linked. For example I got 9.1Kb/s - to 190Kb/s of speed, while when I installed competitive product on the same computer connected to the same router I got the speed of 800Kb/s - 1,150Kb/s instantly. Although the support people tried to help the product was not useful at all Sorry guys, but after two weeks of trying I had to move to another product

Problems with GoTrusted: - Asian VPN is linked to Korea. Sadly Korea block some webpages Other than that, I recommend GoTrusted

I will be very loyal with GoTrusted if they can maintain their service. They are responsive, resolve issues in an efficient manner.

When I first used GoTrused VPN, it was OK. However, later on it disconected very easily and even worse was that it became very hard to connect. When it was connected, the speed is extremely low. Using GoTrusted can not even browsing GoTrusted website. Does it sound rediculous? When I request to terminate the service, I was replied with an email saying that the service was terminated right away. Nobody ever tried to ask what has made me disppointed or what can be done to change the situation. Nobody ever considered that I have already paid the fee for the month so the service should last until the end of the month. They just stop it RIGHT AWAY! I will never use this terrible VPN service again.

Your VPN was too infrequently consistent. I lost emails and connections in the midst of thoughts. My new VPN always connects and maintains that connection.
