i bought 2 of the ford 6.7 ccv reroute kit shipping was very fast, parts look good fitment no problem. i needed different length bolts the customer service was very helpful would defiantly buy again from them.

I ordered the wrong part. They told me to send it back and I did. Got a confirmation email saying it had been refunded. 6 days later and still haven't seen a refund.

I ordered a kit and the tuner is missing. Sent a message, waiting for a response. I didn't realize that there was no customer support phone number. Not sure what to do at this point. Update the problem was resolved, communication needs to improve as well as having a customer service phone number.

Ordered a delete kit website said it was in stock. Shipped out everything but the tuner quick. Everything is worthless without tuner. Then they tell me tuner is on backorder be there end of December. Never got an update. Then I got email beginning of January saying shipping was updated waiting to ship. Here I am now still waiting. So I got a kit that's worthless. Still don't know the status of my order will never order from another company without a direct customer service phone number. That says alot about the company should have been a sign. Atleast I got a box of useless Stuff I can't use until I get a tuner. Seems like their plan. Just tell the truth. #128446 update yall made a shipping label on12/23/24. But still says they will give update on shipment when they receive package. 1/16/25. I want a refund for the tuner. Thanks it's not abnormal it's not giving package to shipper!

I installed the 3 inch cutouts on my Twin Turbo LS Jaguar XJS show car. They worked and sounded great. I had an issue with them way after the warranty expired but explained the situation to Spelab and they totally stepped up to correct it. I will continue to highly recommend them.

Parts are very high quality and comparable to banks performance and there shipping was very fast, I had a little bit of an issue due to my own fault but happy accident I guess, I bought the grid heater delete and intake horn kit for the 13-18 cummins and my truck is a 2021 and from what i can tell everything fits perfectly the only thing that didn't fit was the #1 fuel line, but I found that from another company. If you have a question and email them, be sure to check all of your email folders before assuming they aren't answering you. It would be nice if they had a number to call for questions though, but if they do I couldn't find it and again thats on me.

Grid heater and CCV delete 2013 Ram. The quality of the parts are outstanding. No burs or bad machining marks. Gaskets are made of good material. I received the parts in a timely manner. Had no trouble with the order. Excellent company to work with. Thank you

Selling cloned Minimax Tuners that don't work. Also selling parts that don't fit and won't stand behind their warranty. Never answer emails about their junk parts. Let's see if they gonna answer a lawsuit.
