And i dont like a company can pull money from your debt card that i didnt appove and theres nothing that can be done need more security on those cards i think like one set of numbers a person has to put in to apove it before funds are pulled i think !!!!!!!!

United States | 08 April 2018I really like my credit union. I get really annoyed that I can't use my debit card as credit at Kroger and I don't get my reward points. I realize it's Kroger's decision but I highly suggest that Genisys advocate for its members and push for this to be changed.

United States | 13 March 2018I love the people. They are very helpful and courteous. My complaint is the frequency that the ATMs are not fully functioning. During the last week have been to 3 different ATMs in the areas in which I travel and all of them had malfunctions. There are so few of them so it’s quite an inconvenience.

Especially in the Eagan, MN location is always very professional at all times when engaging and make you experience a great one every time!

United States | 05 March 2018My only complaint is my husband contacted you online and was told it had to go into review for him to switch to your credit union. He works at least 12 hours a day and c ant get in to discuss it . He also make 6 figures a year so it makes no sense. Suggestions?
