I love Genisys Credit Union! I have never experienced any issues and if I did apparently they were resolved in a very professional manner.

The friendly associates at many branches have met my expectations of service consistently.

Never anuff tellers !!! And i dont like a company can pull money from your debt card that i didnt appove and theres nothing that can be done need more security on those cards i think like one set of numbers a person has to put in to apove it before funds are pulled i think !!!!!!!!

I have been with genisys credit union since July of 2000. I have always had a great experience and will never consider going thru another lender for a loan.

I really like my credit union. I get really annoyed that I can't use my debit card as credit at Kroger and I don't get my reward points. I realize it's Kroger's decision but I highly suggest that Genisys advocate for its members and push for this to be changed.

This weekend service depart mental rep was great processing a new debit/ credit card. Love community banking.

I love the people. They are very helpful and courteous. My complaint is the frequency that the ATMs are not fully functioning. During the last week have been to 3 different ATMs in the areas in which I travel and all of them had malfunctions. There are so few of them so it’s quite an inconvenience.

I like the friendly service at oxford location, would be 5* but the app keeps making me Change my password and i can never get logged into it. I prefer online banking so this is a huge pain.

We switched over from a bank to Genisys several years ago. We've received the ultimate customer service. We are thrilled with our credit union.

I love this credit union but would really like it if they didn't charge and overdraft fee when the money was put back into the bank the same day, sometimes even minutes later.

I have had nothing but a professional and fair analyst with Genisys with all of my loan request, and with any Q &A needed at all times engaging with this credit union!!! Especially in the Eagan, MN location is always very professional at all times when engaging and make you experience a great one every time!

My only complaint is my husband contacted you online and was told it had to go into review for him to switch to your credit union. He works at least 12 hours a day and c ant get in to discuss it . He also make 6 figures a year so it makes no sense. Suggestions?
