United States | 14 February 2018It's very hard to get a hold of someone at the Ypsilanti office and it would be nice if they have weekend hours. For the hours I work, their hours are not feasible for anyone who works 8-5 pm. Weekend hours are great to use if banking can't be done during the weekday. Driving all the way to Plymouth to do my banking when Ypsilanti is less than 10 mins away doesn't make much sense.

United States | 14 February 2018Overall, we have had good experiences with Genisys. One branch, the Grand Blanc branch, we have always had trouble with. Whether it is tellers who are grumpy, or member services not calling when they say they would, or not inputting information into the system correctly (like changing my social security number on my account when it was wrong). The majority of the time Genisys is helpful and easy to work with.

United States | 13 February 2018Very good credit union. They have been my credit union for the past 5 years, they have great rates, response time and excellent customer service. As they are a credit union the credit cards offered are not the best reward wise, but they do a good job of offering incentives. I would say they are great for the big items, loans, purchases, savings accounts, online banking is incredible, bill pay etc. and if you want a nice credit card go with one of the many amazing reward cards out there available to you as a consumer and manage your money here.

And I don't like having to tell the teller instead of writing it on a slip what I'm going to do with my $. Also don't like when I put $ in from teller and I get back the receipt with my total blacked out by a marker from teller. I want to know my total and should not have to ask for it once I made a deposit. Hence why Im making a deposit in the 1st place!
