Every time I have any type of issue, It is fixed within one visit or phone call. I have never had anything they could not help me with and are more than willing to go the extra mile for you. They are understanding and every person i have made contact with is very personable. I love Genisys!

Good customer service. The only problem I have is waiting when I want a roll of coins. The teller has to go in the back to get them.

Genisys employees were extremely helpful to my mother when she would have trouble logging into her account. When my mom passed in 2016 the employees at the Haggerty/Plymouth road branch assisted my husband and I in switching accounts into our names alone, without my mom. They made this difficult time so much easier on us. Eternally grateful
