I'm good at trying to get things done on line however when I get stumped I go into the North Dixie Highway office. I always receive excellent service and a clear explanation on how I can complete my transaction alone the next time. You tellers are great. I've been to the same young man twice and each time he is very patient and explains processes to me. I'm very pleased.

United States | 14 November 2017I wish that we had some time to fix our overdraft before we are charged $28.00 immediately. 24 hours would be nice. Sometimes things happen and you can't always transfer right away but if you had sometime you could fix it.
