I have had nothing but amazing things to say about Genisys Credit Union. They are always super nice and willing to take the time to listen to you and your needs. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a bank. I will be with Genisys for the rest of my life no doubt.

Love this credit union! The on-line banking experience is sooooo user-friendly, along with the personnel that answer the phones.

You all act like you are going to help then it all changes. Maybe my credit isn't at its best but I have been you for years. I'm not going no where. You don't take that into consideration.

This is a great credit union. I havent had any problems with them or their service.

I give them a direct deposit every two weeks which they get interest off my check I’m sure a day before. I have a long never been late on the payment yet they overdraft a payment for matter of 12 hours!! They lied about lowering my rate which should have been done automatically after years of payment on time do NO! Liars I’m useless to try and call to help!!!

Great Bank.. very seldom am I ever charged any fees at all...and the staff is always very nice.. It would be nice to have a few more options on the App tho... like ability to freeze my Debit card if I misplace it

The technology is so far behind. With the advancement in technology, more people are choosing to bank remotely. Genisys really struggles with their remote banking options. They are far behind competitors.

charged account for same day payment which was on Friday never got sent until Monday but got charged for same day repeated email attempts no responses what so ever

I have always been treated with respect and had questions answered in a short amount of time. I believe Genisys is one of the best Credit Unions around.
