United States | 05 September 2017I am a Real Estate Agent in SE Michigan. Your mortgage department is AWFUL! I will never recommend a client get a mortgage through Genisys. Customer Service is non-existant, nobody returns calls or emails. I have litterally had to call and email non-stop to get anything done. Plus I have to have my client do the same. I will pass the word along to other agents as far as to not direct their clients to Genisys. Completely unaaceptable and by far the worst experience I have had in my time in the Real Estate business. Would give you 0 or negative stars if that were an option.

United States | 09 August 2017Over 30 days to close a personal loan is not acceptable. To many rules in place and only when I suggest I'm closing my account do you accommodate my request. First it was my loan request was to high for the special promotion then all of a sudden it wasn't , then you won't deposit the funds in my account you want to give me a check to mail to the company I was paying off then even though I explained they only accept online payments thanks to Emily having to jump through hoops was I able to have the funds deposited . And I think it's ridiculous that you don't have anyone covering Emily while she was on vacation and make clients wait until she returns. The only saving grace was my loan officer Emily Kesler who had to go up the ladder to get this loan done
