When Over drafts happen I get a friendly reminder. That's always helpful employee are very friendly. Haven't needed a loan yet but I'm considering it. And a nice place to do business.

Genysis has been and is the best since joining. Leslie in lending at the Shelby Township branch, assisted me with 5 loans since 2015 (2 cars, 2 personal and one motorcycle). Leslie treats me like one of the family every time and always displays an extraordinary level of professionalism. I am happy to be a Genisys CU member.

This credit union is generally quite good. Unfortunately, however, they sell member contact info to insurance companies that inundate us constantly with junk mail. These insurance companies are persistent and obnoxious. I greatly resent the credit union taking advantage of us by selling our contact information.

I am overall happy with Genisys. There have been 2 separate incidents where they suspected fraudulent activity on my card and froze my card without letting me know. Needless to say I was not happy when I go to pay and get rejection on payment. I have since enrolled in card nav and things have been better. Hopefully that won't happen again. I would just like to be notified if they freeze my card!

I have never had any issues with the Genisys branch in Chesterfield. I wish it was closer when I need to go to the branch, but worth the drive. I did, however, contact a financial adviser for a consultation, via email, and NEVER heard back.

Excellent customer service and credit union. I have moved out of the area. And I am still with genisys. I will never leave. Thank you

I love Genisys CU, from day one before I was a member I called and asked questions about opening a checking account. The Customer service person I spoke with with was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I was working with her on a Saturday. This is my savings place account and I leave monies in these accounts for my emergency issues.

I don't appreciate being charged an overdraft fee on my checking when there is money in the savings that could have been used. It feels like a money making scheme for the bank, especially when other banks do not do that to their customers.

Very good. The only issue is the overdraft fees. They are very quick to charge them. The moble app will apply it based on pending transactions before you actually overdraft on the account.

I have always recommended Genisys to anyone who is looking for a financial institution. I have been with the company for over 10 years. I have had some problems over this time and they have always been flexible and helpful in assisting me with these issues.

This is my first experience using a credit union in a long time. I find Genisys' financial services to be just as good as a major bank and the person who helped me set up my account was very friendly. They also helped me with the special considerations I need as a citizen living abroad. When I have greater cash flow I would love to take advantage of their various options for higher interest savings. Highly recommended.
