I have been a member for 44-odd years and have worked and lived all over the world - the U.S., Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Genisys has always been there for me. If ever I needed help, they were there and always looked after my U. S. Accounts. I think Genisys C U is superb.

Using Genisys as long as they have existed with this name. My employer's original credit union merged three times and no previous iteration was better than Genisys. My wife dropped a long time commercial bank and we opened new checking and savings she uses as hers, with NO regrets.

Pros of Genisys: no monthly maintenance fees, no minimum required openings or balances, ATM debut cards, credit cards, lines of credit, loans, CDs, direct deposits, etc.

I've been a member of Genisys Credit Union for 13 years. I have made Genisys my financial institution for many reasons. Genisys is like family to me. They have been loyal, informative, helpful and efficient when it comes to doing business with me as a member. Genisys taught me the importance of keeping my credit in good standards, managing my finances and keeping me informed of valuable resources and referrals offered. I conduct all of my financial business with Genisys and take advantage of all resources and referrals offered. I feel safe and well nurtured by Genisys and would never consider doing business with anyone else. Thanks Genisys, Tamara Washington

I switched to genisys after years with bank of America and I really miss my old bank. Anything put into an atm has an automatic 2 day hold. As well as depositing your check on your phone. 2 day hold. That's not very convenient for me. I have become accustomed to using the drive thru banking instead of the atm because I usually have my toddler in tow, but half the time they are very rude and won't allow me to get documents or other things which isn't very convenient. Also I signed up for over draft protection but still was charged 3 times for over drawing my account. Some kind of loophole they created. Over all not happy. If you're looking for convince first, I'd choose another bank.

Every time I go to the credit union, they know what they're doing and always nice. It's really awesome seeing how they manage especially during the busiest time of day since they're a little understaffed. Under the pressure of long lines during the busy hours, the employees there do quite well.

the atm underdeposited one of my checks. When I called the next day it had already cleared without anyone noticing a $423 difference. However, the Genisys employee cleared it up quickly for me. My question is--what if I had not called to report the difference?

I have been a member of this credit union and its predecessors for close to forty years and it has always been excellent in providing worthwhile products and outstanding customer service. My children have also been members and have had all their needs met by the credit union.

Some foreign country was trying to take money out of my account and I was notified right away. I was issued a new card in no time at all, by a very pleasant young woman. I have been a credit union member for more than half of my life and I'm always telling my friends to stay away from crooked banks and join my Credit Union.
