United States | 09 November 2016I called because my password was not working on my mobile app and when I tried to reset it, they told me a I needed an authorization code and did I want it sent by text, email, or phone call and none of the information was correct because it was outdated and when I talked to someone she said I could do it online and I signed in on a computer and I still couldn't fix it. The information on the computer was correct so the phone call was useless and my app still doesn't work.

United States | 04 November 2016First off every time I come into the White Lake branch, I'm waiting an average 15 to 20 minutes just to make a deposit......Why? Second: the last four times, the ATM has been out of order on the weekends, so that made it a problem to deposit funds in my account.

My questions are answered and problems are solved quickly and efficiently. Loan rates are great and the process of refinancing our mortgage was simple and painless. When our credit/debit card was compromised we had a phone call within a minute asking us about a suspicious charge. It's nice to know they've got our back.
