United Kingdom | 21 January 2021I moved into my property in September and was with huddle for 2 weeks for only gas and electricity before switching. They then took £277 out of my bank on boxing day, due to incorrect readings not given by myself. They then said they could give me a partial refund whilst they decided between them what to do, and still weeks later have had no response after contacting them several times. Very frustrating, especially in these times.

United Kingdom | 19 December 2020They're charging us over £400 for a three-bed flat for the months June-September when legally our contract hadn't even started and we weren't even living there. Would definitely not recommend huddle to anyone especially students as they will con you out of £100's of pounds. I've heard plenty of bad experiences with this company, who are meant to be student-friendly. They are the complete opposite. Go with an energy company like SSE!

She was really polite and friendly and even gave me a call back to confirm that my issue had been resolved. I'm really happy with the service I received and can't thank Fuchsia enough for all of her help. Not only is the customer service exceptional, Huddle is a great service and makes life as a student so much easier when it comes to splitting bills. If you're looking to split your bills... this is the company to do it!

HE IS THE ONLY REASON THIS REVIEW ISN’T 1 STAR, IF I WERE JUST REVIEWING JOSH IT WOULD BE 5 STARS, BUT I SEE THIS REVIEW WILL BE POSTED ON TRUSTPILOT TOO. PROPER REVIEW FOR OTHERS Huddles credit recovery team were a nightmare to deal with, thanks to the company creating two separate accounts for our property, even though we paid our bills in full we received multiple threatening emails and letters alleging lack of attempt to contact them or pay, despite the fact that every single time they emailed we responded, usually within a day. This went on for around a month I believe, and only stopped when I figured out the issue myself and involved Josh from customer service, and forwarded all the evidence of correspondence to him. To summarise, Josh from customer service: 5/5 Every other facet of huddles staff: 1/5

United Kingdom | 05 December 2020A person who didn't live at the property managed to change the supply to huddle without notifying me, the bill payer. It then took over a month to sort it out. The staff were pleasant enough but the company systems are awful. Do yourself a favour - look elsewhere.
