Just finished our second year with Huddle, both years we have received nice refunds at the end of our contracts. Huddle dealt with all the bills on our behalf with no issues which allowed us to concentrate on our studies. I would highly recommend Huddle to anyone who doesn’t want any additional stress through university!

Very good, and easy. Don't give enough electricity and gas for many people but apart from that good. Also took a while getting our money back from last year.

Very difficult to communicate with the staff, and on many occasions I made it clear what needed and didn’t need to be done, and they still attempted it, for example try to change our electricity meter when we told them it wasn’t needed.

I have been very happy with the service I have received from Huddle. We have been with them a couple of years and dealing with the customer service staff is actually a pleasure! Today I was supported by Ryan but EVERYONE I have dealt with has been excellent: polite, friendly and efficient. The speed with which queries are responded to and the phones answered is also exceptional - particularly during these crazy times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Huddle to everyone. A really positive experience.

Decent, much better than some other student utility companies I've encountered, average customer service although a few delays and confusion, including an increase in our rate one a flatmate dropped out made things more annoying. Quite straightforward especially if your using a bill utility company for the first time, and as long as you upload readings, you're likely to get paid excess at the end of your contract. Over all OK experience.

I have to change my review. I've got another problem with Huddle. That's like number 5 problem. Now they want money for bills I've already paid. Someone f*cked up. I will leave this company as soon as possible. Don't get a contract with them. It will stress you out.

Communication from Huddle throughout the year was poor. When we wanted to ask something it would often take several days for a clear email response and was a challenge to reach someone over the phone. Huddle reimbursed my groups money for excess bills 5 months after our tenancy finished, and without any updates on why that was, how they came to that specific value, and without even updating tenants that they had reimbursed us!!!

They have horrendous customer service and ridiculously high prices. Firstly, they stopped my switch but didn't inform me it was stopped so I believed it had gone through but still got received bills from them and when questioned was told they were sent by mistake but later was made to pay late fees and even threatened with court action. Secondly, Come the end of my tenancy I provided final meter readings and was told it would be 6-8 weeks before I received a final bill (a ridiculous lead time), however, it ended up being nearly 4 months before I received one and even then it was only due to me prompting them. They then managed to mess up the final bill and tried to charge me for the entire years electricity use which had already been paid instead of providing me with the refund as should have been. When they did finally get the final bill correct I then had to wait another month before being given my refund and again it was only after chasing them up that I received it. Alongside all this poor customer service the pricing is ridiculously high when compared to other suppliers with the standard day rate for the electricity being 6 times higher than the company I tried to switch to. To conclude, they are a terrible company and you should avoid at all costs.

Joined Huddle back in July , Very helpful and reasonable priced Recently had a issue with a conflict with another Provider Helped solve the issue in a week which had beeing going on For the paat 3 months

So I got stuck with this company and it has been a complete hassle since. I moved into the property a few months ago and tried to switch providers on the same day I moved in. Huddle then proceed to decline the switch sending a letter saying it is because they don't know who I am, so I sent them my contract via email with my name, phone number, address etc as they requested. After 3 times trying to send this via email I finally got a reply. They then accepted the switch, little did I know 1 month later they only switched my gas over not my electricity. So I contacted them about this... No reply... Tried to phone... No answer... Tried the live chat... literally fell a sleep before they answered (I estimate around 2 hours for the 'live chat'). I even emailed to formally complain... No answer. So I received a bill from 'Out fox the Market' saying I had 7 days to pay £180. This was new to me. Contacted Huddle again... No reply... Complained again... No reply. A month later and 'Out fox the Market' have not chased me but now Huddle have been chasing me for the £180. I noticed in the bill that the meter reading was slightly off so replied to the email saying this and sent photo evidence of the current meter. Guess what, no reply. I have now recently received another bill with 7 days to pay or a £20 late fee, I have complained again and am awaiting the reply. It is safe to say that the only way they are getting money from me at this point is via a very good compromise and actual customer service or a court order.
