I used this company a few times and I find them very helpful and straightforward to deal with.

Working through the website was easy until I had to pay. It then rejected the name on my card. I tried three times then in the end had to phone.

I got a quote for travel insurance without being on the phone for ages and the lady dealing with it was very helpful and pleasant. However the real test as to whether the company is efficient and fair is if you make a claim, which obviously I hope I won’t have to.

I phoned a few companies for my travel insurance and as I have a cancer diagnosis plus other medical conditions, it wasn't an easy task. On phoning free spirit we had a comprehensive conversation and although initial premium was high, I felt it more than covered what I wanted. I did make a couple of more calls to them to ask different questions and they were always helpful. On making up my mind re holiday location I was pleasantly surprised that the premium was reduced quite dramatically as I was going to an EU country and again it was no trouble for them to make the changes. I can now go away knowing that I'm covered.
