Was eventually informed that we could get a refund but only if we purchased another policy from you. I am still waiting for an answer as to what you plan to do now we have the said policy.

I found your adviser helpful, courteous amd lucid. The discussion seemed to run more efficiently than with other companies in two previous years. The benefits and caveats were clearly laid out, An outline of the agreement reached me immediately by email, and at my request also in a postal version a few days later. The premium seems reasonable and in line with what I would expect.
