Took several attempts to get to a real person - hence only 4 stars. Once there the setting up of an annual holiday policy with Ethan was straightforward. Ethan was most helpful in doing some research on our behalf and guiding our decision-making. I hope not to have to make a claim on the Policy, but I did have to do so last year and found the process very straightforward and ultimately successful.

We are a large family party ( 4 families, 17 people 2yrs - 69yrs) intending to travel to Florida for the 'once in a lifetime' trip for our 9 grandchildren. 3rd time lucky this year we hope, but the cloud of Covid remains with pre-flight tests to undertake before we know we can step on the plane. I did extensive research and was struggling to find any company that would even consider what we wanted - maximum numbers 8 or 12 only was a common response. Thankfully, one such company put me in touch with PJ Hayman, Travel insurance, based in Portsmouth, who came up trumps with Free Travel Insurance. Job done, thanks to their very helpful Agent - Rob Pybus. The only reason for 4 stars is that we have not had to make a claim yet - and I'm praying we never will!!

I have type 2 Bipolar and was trailing through google for quotes, I looked on the mind site and saw Free Spirit travel insurance - I contacted you and spoke with Ros Whitelock, she was so helpful and even managed to get the quote for less than I thought. I will be using again!

A new insurers recommended to me. I would have no hesitation in recommending to my friends. I received very thorough and professional help and was satisfied I would be covered for my forthcoming holiday. I will certainly use Free Spirit in the future.

Had problems in renewing. Received renewal Email on Saturday 29 as I was about to go to the Airport. Phoned the office but office not open on Saturday. Phoned later in the week but informed that I could not renew my policy when abroad. Had to submit new application to obtain a quote when I returned to the UK

Excellent website, clear to use. I would recommend creating your account or logging in before purchasing a policy. Very quick customer service, who resolved my particular issue when I purchased a policy before logging into my account!!!

excellent help from the team, great service and excellentllent value for money. I have returned to this company post pandemic because of their excellent service when Lockdown struck and they gave me an immediate refund of unused insurance for 2020.

The on line system did not function that well but the telephone response from Olivia Thompson was excellent

Took a while because I have a few medical issues, but wasn't too difficult and the agent was very helpful in sorting then out. I would recommend them.

Helpful staff though on line form was too generalised. Super Duper title hardly inspires serious confidence. Ludicrous title. Good price and cover.

Helpful, friendly, thorough and professional service, and a very reasonable travel insurance quote, taking into account existing health conditions.

Not needed to claim on our policy so I can’t comment in that regard but customer service & and their common sense approach is excellent! Have spoken to the same lady each time which is such a bonus!
