Upon return I called Crown Plaza for the shuttle at 1:40 AM 5/7/22. Genius that answered the phone asked me if I was still on the plane. I said NO, I'm exiting the airport. Then, he asked if I was waiting for baggage. I said NO, I'm exiting the airport. He said the shuttle will be there in 20 minutes. Waited in the rain, in a wheel chair, 50 degrees outside, windy for more than 30 minutes. I called again. He asked me where I was. I told his I was freezing my_______off in shuttle parking. He said the shuttle is coming in about 8 more minutes. The shuttle did not show up until 2:25 AM. Waited 45 minutes in the cold and rain. Driver said the 2 mile drive only takes 15 minutes.

Absolutely shocking do not use. We booked meet and greet at Edinburgh airport and were asked to call 15 minutes before arriving at the airport which we did do 30+ times with no answer on the mobile and office number only manned during office hours we were flying on a Saturday. Complete stress trying to find alternative parking which cost us £140 as last minute for one week. No response to emails and when I finally managed to speak to someone no apology was given they couldn’t give a toss!!

Absolutely shocking. Booked meet and greet at Edinburgh airport for Monday morning and on Sunday at 1600 received a text cancelling due to unforeseen circumstances. Paid £55 and I am still 2 weeks later trying to recover my refund. No one will answer calls or emails or texts. excuse after excuse.

Was booked with this company last month. Booked car parking in Edinburgh. When we got there not only could we not find the car park but after phoning them we were told that the booking had been cancelled by them. It was so stressful trying to find another company to book with and we almost missed out flight. I also have never received a refund !! Avoid this company!! Absolutely terrible service

This company ripped myself and my wife off for two cars worth of parking at Edinburgh airport. They are not a car parking company but a broker. We called the mobile phone number they sent us and it was answered by a man working at a take away restaurant who informed us he had no idea there was a booking but it’s ok, I love a booking. When you arrive at the location it’s a street nowhere near any car park and needless to say no-one was there to collect us, park our cars or provide any transport at all. Trust pilot should be checking all the good reviews these scam artists have as I suspect they’re left by bots. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Edited to say they leave a standard message like the one below even though they clearly advertise their services as a broker for UK airports. I’ve now called 12 times and sent 3 e mails to no reply or refund. Utter scam merchants.

Everything went smoothly. Convenient and friendly staff from the check in gou to our driver "coach B". We will definitely use premier again.

The parking may be cheap but I had to get an Uber from the crownPlaza hotel to the airport because the shuttle drivers were jerks and were not available. I sat in the lobby for an hour waiting for a shuttle driver and when on finally showed up he was an ass. I was supposed to be reimbursed by the hotel for the Uber but of course I wasn’t. Worst experience ever.

Under no circumstances should anyone use this company. They failed to return my car. I waited 3 hours at the airport with my 2 young children, after calling them over 200 times I got a text message back to say ‘I’ll call you later’. I had to I chase my car for 2 days then reported it stolen. The police found it in Surrey miles and miles away from where I live, 4 days later and in the mean time I’d collected penalties in congestion charges whilst they’d been driving it around. Disgusting service! Vile people!!

Unfortunately we were unable to actually use the parking reservation because of testing positive for Covid 19 (were not allowed to board cruise ship). I requested a refund and received a very quick and positive response. Within hours I received an email advising that the refund had been processed. Very impressed with this company's service and honesty. I would not hesitate to use or recommend their service.

Online instructions were a little unclear. Arriving at the parking garage to check in with the clerk was a little difficult as he was speaking very quietly with a heavy accent and seemed frustrated having to repeat himself. Other than that I had a great experience using those services

My truck got broken into and there's an attitude as park at your own risk.. it's pretty sad to do business like that which I never will come back

When I arrived at the check in counter the fella was courteous. I told him my flight was in 40 min he right a way called for the transportation van. He took all my information and said I was ready to go. The driver was there before the check in was done he grab my back and let me to the van. I let him know my flight was leaving at 810pm he said will get you there on time. “ Here’s my phone # I’ll wait till you call to let me know you made your flight. I thought that was above and beyond. I made it with no problem. Thank you for the excellent service. AA

I made reservation, showed up at Hampton Inn in Las Vegas and they had no shuttle driver. I cancelled and sent in My airport parking ticket and received a prompt refund in full. It was not Globals fault, but they still refunded in full, quickly.

I have booked parking on your site for years, but have tried several times this week. The screen froze and wouldn't allow me to input my info. I had to call customer service to book a reservation.
