We ordered a fresh xmas tree a month ago to be delivered on the 21th of December. 10 min before delivery time they called and cancelled the order. it is such a poor service, apparently they had known for 15 days they were out of stock, if they had told us earlier at least we would have had time to find another. When I asked for the manager I was told that he was not available. Really can't recommend this company

We placed the order last Wednesday, December 11, after confirming with your team that the item was in stock. We promptly arranged the payment and requested delivery for Wednesday, December 18. However, the following series of events has left us highly dissatisfied: 1. No Delivery on Scheduled Date: We expected to receive the tree on December 18, but it was not delivered. Upon following up, we were assured it would arrive before 5 PM. The time passed, and still, no delivery. 2. Repeated False Promises: After further follow-ups, we were promised delivery on Thursday, December 19, between 6 AM and 5 PM. Despite our repeated follow-ups, the delivery did not happen. Promises were made for before 12 PM, then 5 PM, yet no tree arrived. 3. Out of Stock Notification at the Last Minute: After hours of follow-ups, we were finally informed that the item was out of stock and that we would receive a refund. This last-minute notice is unacceptable, especially with Christmas around the corner. Had we been informed earlier, we could have made alternate arrangements. 4. Unprofessional Blocking of Numbers: Shockingly, every mobile number we used to follow up was blocked, leaving us unable to get updates. A total of four numbers were blocked, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. This experience has been nothing short of the worst service we have encountered. It is not just about the undelivered tree but the sheer lack of communication, repeated false promises, and blocking of our numbers. If your team had simply informed us earlier about the unavailability of stock, we could have planned accordingly. We expect a full refund immediately and an explanation for this behavior. Rest assured, we will not be using your services again, and we will share our experience to ensure others are aware of the level of service you provide.

I the receiver was asked to share my raging on recent experiences; as of yesterday received a birthday gift from my sibling, who selected the ‘Amazing Sister’ package from FNP. While the gesture was thoughtful, I was quite disappointed with the execution. The package included a frame referencing the month of ‘October,’ even though it was December at the time of delivery. I understand that my brother may not have specifically requested a different frame, but as a gifting company, FNP should understand the emotions tied to such products. These are not off-the-shelf items but rather fresh, customized packages created for special occasions. It’s reasonable to expect that your logistics team would ensure the delivery aligns with the occasion and recipient’s context. At the very least, the team could have contacted the customer to confirm such details. Given the title of the package, enclosing a sibling-themed frame would have been more appropriate than a mismatched date. FNP’s business revolves around catering to customer emotions, and experiences like this can leave a negative impression. It feels like the focus was solely on completing the transaction (A sending to B) without attention to the sentiment behind the gift.

Worst experience. They do not send what they actually have online. And then send some bad quality completely different cakes. Do not order and ruin your celebrations.

If you're looking to be embarrassed at any occasion, simply order a cake from FnP. They have a remarkable talent for delivering cakes only after the event has ended. The level of failure in their delivery service is truly unimaginable. This kind of service is frustrating and disappointing, especially when you're relying on a timely delivery to make an occasion special.

I have used FNP.AE twice so far, as my daughter lives in Dubai. They are very professional from start to finish. The email you when you place the order, when its ready and when it has been delivered. Keep up the good work!

Pathetic. They take a fixed time delivery order. Take additional money to do fixed time delivery. Miserably fail to deliver. Want to deliver later even another. Since flowers are for a special person and or special occasion it defeats the very purpose these were ordered. On top of that they refuse to refund the monies. Suggest avoid them. I would not give even 1 star. Horrible experience. It was a surprise for my father who was undergoing a treatment and they ruined it. I paid full amount and they did not deliver the cake. From 1 week I am trying to reach them but no use. Either the chat option doesn't work and when it does they take complaint and the same day close the ticket without solving it. This is happening since a week. Never order anything from them as they are scam. I am still waiting for my issues to be solved. I will be raising a serious complaint against you people especially the customer service is good for nothing.

I ordered a set of balloons including some with helium for my friends birthday. When they arrived they looked great but a couple of hours later they had deflated and looked awful. I am extremely disappointed with the balloons and the customer service when I told them about it. I would not recommend them.

SCAM When I order flowers I expect the whole flower. What I recieved was a bouquet with flowers attached to skewers. When I complained this organisation said it was normal practice. I've used other florists and have never had experienced such deceitful service and this is after my order delivered a day later.. and yet I paid for deliver. Please do.yourselves a favour use another company. This company is not is not interested in customer service.

I placed an order from London to be delivered to a friend in Dubai to celebrate Diwali. I’m not going to lie, had I read the reviews on here first, I probably wouldn’t have. However, I wasn’t disappointed and neither was the recipient. Yes, it was slightly delayed in reaching them (it was Halloween and Diwali) so we can forgive that due to the volume of orders. But each time I checked in with customer service, I was greeted and updated respectfully and was put at ease. They did deliver to the wrong door, but again, wasn’t a big deal because they send you a photo as proof of delivery. Please don’t be put off from using them, the gift was beautiful and even during one of the busiest periods it still arrived on the same day. Thank you team FNP.ae you really did come through and I couldn’t be happier!

The delivery service “fnp.ae” is simply fraud! (Deutscher Text siehe unten) Goods paid for in advance are not delivered - despite order confirmation by email stating the “alleged” delivery date! Of course, the mails are sent with a “dont_reply(at)fnp(dot)ae” address, so that you have to look for the contact details on the website first! No one answers the call on any of the telephone numbers provided! The recipient was supposed to receive a birthday cake with a balloon, but was repeatedly contacted via Whatsapp to provide the delivery addresses by map location and address. When asked when it would be delivered, they repeatedly said: “On the way!” It was NOT delivered. Neither on the day of the birthday, nor the day after. I received an email saying that the recipient was unavailable. Despite previous phone calls and Whatsapp messages with the alleged courier and the recipient! I had to respond within 12 hours so that the goods could be delivered the following day. Of course, this was another lie! BECAUSE NOTHING WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY EITHER! Neither emails, nor contact forms on the website, nor contact attempts via Whatsapp were answered! The recipient, who is still waiting on site, complains the same, as her calls are not answered! CONCLUSION: It seems that someone is running a lucrative fraud scheme with orders from abroad, knowing that most people will shy away from the legal effort to recover unjustified expenses of up to a few hundred 100 euros through the courts. Weder Emails, noch Kontaktformulare auf der Website, noch Kontaktversuche über Whatsapp werden beantwortet! Gleiches beklagt die noch immer wartende Empfängerin vor Ort, da Ihre Anrufe nicht beantwortet werden! FAZIT: Wie es scheint, betreibt da jemand ein lukratives Betrugsmodell mit Bestellungen aus dem Ausland, im Wissen, dass die meisten Personen den rechtlichen Aufwand scheuen, um ungerechtfertigte Ausgaben von bis zu wenigen hundert 100 Euro auf dem Rechtweg einzutreiben. Eine Anzeige wegen vorsätzlichen Betruges scheint dennoch gerechtfertigt! Denn offensichtlich wird diese Abzocke immer wieder, allenfalls gar mit professionellem Hintergrund, betrieben. order - not delivered !!! we ordered from europe a birthday surprise and of course - we paid in advance. the delivery of the ordered cake is indicated in the webshop within 60 minutes. after four hours it was still not delivered and neither phone calls nor emails were answered. here this is described as very unprofessional and dubious. all in all: very lousy, unreliable supplier - better keep your hands off it !!!

I have request birthday cake for my czn sister birthday to be delivered when they delivered the cake was damaged and when I Raised the complain the Customer Serice lady called and apologized and said it will be delivered again by 8pm India time which i said okay and till now the delivery did not received and my czn birthday will ending soon, very much disappointed with their service and their customer service are just giving false hope that they will call back in 5 min

The order did not go as expected, hence contacted the customer service. However, customer service team is pretty non-sense. We raised 3 cases for the same issue, and all the 3 are closed without letting us respond. Either they do not understand English or are just very poor at handling customer service. All the 3 agents are pretty useless - Ankit S, Sachin Nagar, Lalitha Yadav. We are very disappointed with the service and are tired of reporting this. We would never prefer FNP for our orders ever again. Priya

FNP done it again, did not notice till we upload the picture taken, wrong name spelling wrong name in card and i'm trying to find evidence online but there is no saved detail on the order for dedicated names, like last year they come back for the wrong count of flowers and the name plate for the cake. It's to late to call them again to rectify. Before i receive the delivery i keep repeating the assurance if they don't have error before the delivery. But due to their almost last minute delivery on the 5 hours posted time allowance errors cant be undone. Sorry cannot rectify things and it will turns out it is our fault not noticing the misspelled name of the celebrant in the cake with the script font.
