Very bad service. I ordered cake for my inlaws on their 50 th wedding anniversery. After 6.30 pm in India , they informed that since the place is far they don't do the delivery. While i entered pin code it directed me to the next page only. Now nothing could be done and spoiled my day. DONT TRUST THEM

My son in law ordered something a day before my birthday (29 August). They live in Belgium and thought to do something nice for my birthday.However, they let him know that the delivery was delayed. I got a call after 10pm, but missed it as i was already sleeping. After my daughter phoned me awake, I messaged the delivery guy at 10:55pm and was told that the delivery will take place on my birthday (30 August). We set a time and that was it. I waited this whole afternoon and had to contact them only to be told that the gift was returned to the company. Nobody called me or my son to tell me what was happening with my gift. Very bad service with no feedback or explanation. I asked the delivery guy to tell the manager to contact me. I'm still waiting for that call. This was from the branch in Ras Al Khaimah.

Recently I used International Service of Gifts from FNP as the time of delivery was 02:00 pm , after calling them so many times , I informed them to be on time and instead of being on time , they delayed it for all lost 5 hours . Such Professional it was

They are running a scam on their website. I had placed combo an order of Orchids bouquet with cake. They changed the order by themselves and just delivered only Orchids bouquet without cake. Please do not place any order on fnp.

The customer service is very bad,my rakhi order was not delivered ,but I get a mail saying it's delivered.Lack of sincerity. Very bad service .Waste of money and time.Will not recommend or order through this website again

Worst app They mentioned their estimated time 15 and today is 18 still rakhi is not delivered On the top their representative Shreya is way harsh how to deal with the customer I ask yo make me connect to her team she gave me the nom. That are switched off and one nom. Doesn't exist. They guys ruthlessly call for make payment when u r in middle of making ur order. BUT ORDERS ARE UNNECESSARILY DELAYED. 1 star is not enough on the very bad experience! The 60 minutes promise delivery is not true evenyou pay for the fixed time which is more than the delivery time, they will not deliver it to you on time! They will ruin your celebration. So never trust this shop for all the important celebration in your life or for gidt to your love ones! They don’t care and they will ruin your celebration.

Extremely Disappointed - LED Light Not Working from Day One Order ID #5355724802 I am extremely disappointed with the customized LED photo lamp I purchased from this site. From the moment I received it, the LED light has not worked at all. I was really looking forward to using this lamp as a special keepsake, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. Despite following all the instructions meticulously, the light simply does not turn on. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to bring joy and enhance memories. I reached out to customer service, but the response was slow and unhelpful. I expected a prompt resolution, but instead, I have been left with a non-functional product and no clear path to getting it fixed or replaced. I feel let down by the quality of the product and the lack of customer support. I urge others to think twice before purchasing from this site. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its product quality and customer service.

I had ordered for pineapple cake flavour with fruits on top of the cake with kivi, papayas,....etc But but.... Delivered vanilla flavour cake with toppings of fruit apples..... It was my Dad's birthday......his favourite pineapple flavour cake....how I would have felt... After raising complaints.....FNP.....we will look......they are still looking......may be how to make pineapple cake

Very bad experience. I placed an order to be delivered 27th June. Till now not delivered. No actions from the team even after several queries. When you were placing the order the team even will contact you to make sure you pay the money.but if something went wrong they don't bother to give even replies. Please use any other sites. Not this one. I don't recommend this site

2 disappointments in 1 day 1st was flowers order from Abu Dhabi branch and arrived after miserable 3 hours with bad flowers quality , 2nd a cake that looks squeezed and smashed. Customer service need to inform the higher management for refunding an order that came late and smashed

worst company. dont depend on them for any occasion. they say they can deliver at a perticular time and then dont even after follow ups they will tell you only at the end of the delivery time. then they will ask for more time only to be told that they cannot deliver the item because it was not sent to their warehouse. worst company ever to work with.

The worst ever ! Don’t order ! They charge you 54AED to deliver in 2 hours, they don’t answer their phones, you have to stay online for ever and you never get the order ! It happened twice ! Never again ! Honestly never ever order from them again ! They are the worst !

Absolutely disgraceful. I paid a lot of money for roses for my partner after a sad event and they were completely dead within 3 days. This was beyond upsetting as they were to cheer him after a sad time and just made it all the more sad. I received a link to provide feedback 2 hours after the link expired! I submitted a complaint and was informed that complaints are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery! I finally received a message to say they have taken my comments on board and will ensure it doesn’t happen in the future! If this is the case then they are admitting this was not acceptable- but they refuse to give me my money back. I will NEVER use such an appalling and expensive company again. I cannot believe they are still in business with this level of service.

One of the worst company ever deal with . From 3 days the are trying to deliver one cake and still they have many unrealistic reasons to escape If this is the last company for such service plz dont order . You will end up with blocking your money and u will be chasing with this company to get the items deliver .
