I am new to this company and had some trouble using the system. I reached out to ANNKE via email and communicated my problem. It took a few emails going back and forth before accomplishing my goal. I’d get same day responses about half the time, the other half was by the next day. Now, that could have been because I didn’t see the email (I’m not great at checking it regularly) or it took me longer to try what was suggested. I am now very happy and able to use the system.

I bought an ANNKE PWR REC certified reverbished system type WS300, purely to test whether ANNKE delivers the promised quality and operation. I was positively surprised when I received the system. In addition to this ANNKE system, I have tested several systems from other brands whose installation was more problematic and complicated. The WS300 is an excellent choice for private use and small businesses. The supplied software is simple but effective. However, I think that the user interface should be adjusted a bit with regard to the action buttons. You quickly make a mistake with the menu "Delete and Delete All" All in all an absolutely affordable system that does what it is supposed to do. J'aimerai rectifier mon avis sur la qualité des échanges avec Annke. Suite à mon premier mail, j'ai obtenu une réponse sur ma commande. Par la suite nous avons eu plusieurs échanges. Toujours des réponses adaptées et surtout une messagerie top. La traduction est directe dans les 2 sens. Franchement top et enfin suite à une erreur dans ma commande, proposition de remboursement. Pour ce qui est du matériel, j'ai fait les premiers réglages à la maison et vraiment très satisfait du résultat. Il reste plus qu'à les installer et finaliser les réglages.

AVOID!!! Use a different company, had issues with the cameras from nearly the start, been months and months and they just keep stalling on replacing or refunding you. Try this, then try that, then try this again! cameras won't connect and HDD packed up and not found. Try a different power supply, you get no where. Looks like I will have to try a charge back with my bank. Reply: I have tried all options you had suggested, sent videos and photos. Then you ask for more videos and photos! I have asked for replacements which you keep avoiding, so after that I’m entitled to a refund.

a fuir sav qui ne trouve jamais de solutions qui ne change pas le matériel ou faut re payer c est une escroquerie sans nom j ai acheter un pack nvr avec écran et 6 camera plus disque dur 1to il y a moins de 3 ans au bout de 6 mois les problème commence pb disque dur introuvable le nvr ne reconnais plus le DD je rachète unDD 6 mois plus tard rebelote et des camera qui ne s intronise plus donc plus image je réinitialise tout en sorti usine ca refonctionne saut le dd reste introuvable au bout de quelque jour ca recommence image noir maintenant c est écran qui commence a avoir des trait vertical vert rouge de la vrai m... les retour du SAV sont toujours les même pas échange ou bien racheter suive le tuto qui fonctionne pas service technique fermé écran plus en stock car plus fabriquer c est un problème de votre réseau donc il propose rien débrouille toi avec ta .... un conseil fuyez

SCAM COMPANY – DO NOT BUY FROM ANNKE! I purchased the H1200 - 4K 12MP 8 Channel Security Camera System from Annke UK, expecting high-quality, sharp footage as advertised. Instead, what I received was a complete joke—the so-called 12MP resolution is a blatant lie. The image quality is terrible, and the night vision is almost useless. For the price, I expected a premium system, but what I got was something that performs worse than budget cameras. Faulty Camera Reported Within a Week – They Still Wanted Me to Pay Return Postage! I reported a fault with the camera within the first week of receiving it. Despite the camera being faulty straight out of the box, they had the audacity to ask me to pay for the return postage! It’s not even about the money—it’s the principle that annoyed me the most. Why should I have to cover return costs for a defective product? That’s their responsibility, and the fact that they tried to push this onto me just shows what kind of company they are. Privacy Violation – They Wanted Remote Access to My Security System! After struggling with the poor image quality, I followed every single troubleshooting step their technician recommended—none of which worked. Their next "solution"? They demanded remote access to my cameras! Excuse me?! A security company asking for remote access to my security system? This is a massive privacy and security violation. How can I trust a company that wants access to the very system meant to protect my property? Completely unacceptable. Customer Service From HELL – Over 55 Emails and No Refund! Annke’s customer service is a nightmare. I placed two separate orders—one for the cameras and one for junction boxes. After over 55 emails and endless back-and-forth, they finally agreed to refund the postage costs. However, when I returned BOTH the camera system and the junction boxes, they suddenly refused to issue the refund! What do they expect me to do with the junction boxes when I’m returning the cameras?! Their excuse? Because I returned the junction boxes, they wouldn’t refund my postage. How does that even make sense? Final Verdict – Annke Is a SCAM! This company is an absolute joke. They sell falsely advertised products, provide useless technical support, demand outrageous access to your system, and then refuse to honor refunds. 🚨 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Avoid Annke at all costs unless you want a useless product, zero support, and a fight just to get what you’re owed.
