The lack of communication is abysmal, and led me to cancel my order, however I have still not had any confirmation that my order has in fact been cancelled or any sort of apology. I am genuinely surprised at the good reviews on here as I was warned off moving to Airband by neighbours and colleagues who have almost all had terrible experiences. Airband is currently the only full fibre provider in our village, so they have us over a barrel to an extent. Unfortunately, I really can't recommend them.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2025The internet has gone - again. It's 11:00 and I've just been told by customer services it will be off until 2-2:30pm. I have been told the outage is because of bad weather. This is the third or fourth time in the last month that this has happened and it makes it impossible to work so I am wondering whether to continue end the trial and go back to EE/BT where the speed is slower but it doesn't stop when the weather is bad.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2025Signed up to the Black Friday deal with 6 months free. I was with Airband just after they launched and had a lot of hesitation about coming back. I’m glad I did, I signed up to the 900mbps. I get around 600mbps…usually hangs around at 300 during the day. 6 months will give enough time to properly evaluate the 900mbps package. So far I’m happy. Called them today to get a bit of advice with regards to a static IP. Had a few teething issues but we managed to sort it.
