We have had a great service and support since we joined airband as soon at it arrived in our area and would recommend them for anyone who has problems with accessing an internet service . They are always helpful and reliable and will do their best to get you the best signal in your area . I’m still waiting for all the direct debits to be reimbursed so have cancelled everything and will take further action

United Kingdom | 17 January 2025No service for a month. No replies to my calls and emails after logging the fault and having the engineer visit. On the plus side, the lady I logged the fault with was helpful and the engineer was pleasant. Unfortunately that only goes so far. The minimum that I would expect is regular updates on when the problem is going to be resolved yet nothing. There will definitely be a discussion on reimbursement of my monthly fee when this is finally resolved.
