Super lovely guys, Chris had an answer to every question we had and after losing a bit of hope over the past few weeks, they were both able to provide us with WiFi on the day they arrived. I would highly recommend asking for these two for great service.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025Jack Johnson came today to address numerous issues arising from the installation of my 900/900 service. The 5* refers to Jack’s commitment to resolve issues and provide real customer service. It does not refer to the service (or lack of it) provided by Airband over the last 4 weeks. He spent 3-4 hours systematically working through everything and left with a series of follow up actions for Airband to take. Spending on how Airband choose to respond, they will either keep or loose this (slightly disillusioned new customer) Airband, please be aware, Jack was unable to address all issues and has sent HO copious notes and actions still required, including extending my trial period by another further 1 month period. I hope to hear from you shortly and more so, I hope to witness and speedier response to correct matters that have now been ongoing for over a month.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025Airband were advertising for rural areas something that was of interest to me, I looked at their webside to get an idea as to what they were offering as my current internet is extremly slow and intermittant. Having called to speak with Airband a very helpful and knowledgeable chap called Jo was able to answer a few questions that I had very clearly and explain the process. I have now signed up as my speed should increase at least 10 times faster than what I am receiving now, I can't wait for the installation plus it's cheaper than what I'm paying now.

United Kingdom | 24 January 2025Just renewed my contract with Airband for another 18 months from May 2025 with Sarah Aybey from their residential team, process very easy, just a check of the terms and conditions (supplied) and an exchange of emails. My move from Plusnet internet service previously when considering a fibre connection was justified by the substantial increase in speed to 300mb/s at virtually the same cost (£30/month) as with Plusnet given that we are considered to be out of area and therefore increased cost of connection. Airband service has been very good and consistent speed with just the occasional short service breaks. New facility with Airband matching upload speed with download speed will help my daughter and grandchildren with uploading reports to university/school and constant online chat sessions/meetings. I can recommend Airband service.

United Kingdom | 24 January 2025I have been with AIRBAND for several years since they built their network in our area. The original install was quick and painless. The installer (I don't remember the guy's name) was fantastic. I've never had an issue with my service since install. No drops in connectivity and the advertised speeds are always met. Any potential issues due to work going on in the area is communicated ahead of time. Renewals are super easy. A reminder is sent well ahead of the contract end date with your options and all you have to do is reply to the rep (Sarah for this renewal) and they'll handle any changes etc for you quickly. Would recommend AIRBAND based on my experience.
