United Kingdom | 01 February 2025Airband really is a brilliant service. We’ve been with them for 3 years and just renewed again for 18 months. I have no intention to change as the price is fantastic value (please don’t increase because I said that! Stay as you are!). The broadband we receive has been almost flawless from the moment we got it. Seamlessly installed by a friendly engineer. We’ve had the odd outage which you get with any provider but their communication is excellent - texts and emails every step of the way and online updates by county/post code which is really valuable if like me you work from home and have kids with iPads and whatever. The first time we renewed they actually made my bill cheaper for exactly the same service and it’s excellently priced for what you get. The speeds hardly ever fall below 100mb/s and any time you call them it’s productive - no fobbing off. The renewal process is so easy and transparent - not automated with price hikes like sky, BT etc hoping you don’t notice and it’s a significantly better product - and I mean significantly. I despised my broadband with Sky; constantly cutting out or delivering crap speeds, slowing down at peak times and don’t get me started on the customer service. They must have sent me 5 or 6 routers just to get me to go away. Very few household products actually deliver something decent at such a fair and affordable price for all. Very refreshing these days. Thank you to Sarah A for the recent sorting of our renewal and making it so straight forward - one email and we were done. No pushy upsell, just options for us to consider and take our pick. United Kingdom | 01 February 2025I signed up to broadband 2 days ago. I tried to do it online, but your website could not find the final page, just kept getting error 404. So I rang. Went through everything, all seemed fine. I was told I would get a confirmation email in a few minutes. It didn’t arrive. I rang again today and was told I would get my confirmation today. It has not arrived. So far, not so good

Complicated as then needed wayleave permission to put wires across neighbours house and this took several emails and phone calls to hasten. However, next steps were very quick and good comms. Engineers Sean and Jack Johnson were fabulous!! Lovely, professional and very helpful. I asked loads of questions and they helped set it all up without any issues Gone with highest speed and extra boosters and touch wood seems we’re back on line. S Lewis in Taunton Jan 2025

It's not easy to have changes done to your property but my WiFi really needed a boost. The WiFi mast is tall but not really obtrusive and the modem is attractive white and modern. There was no problem in re-connecting my 'streaming'. I'm looking forward to enjoying better WiFi. Thank you.

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025Brilliant service. Less than 24 hours since I placed my order and the Engineer arrived, installed the router and we were up and running. The Engineer was fantastic, polite and professional. The broadband speed is significantly higher than what others were able to offer and has been stable since set up, no drop outs, no buffering. I would highly recommend Airband to anyone seeking a faster broadband speed. Especially in rural areas like myself.

A few outages due to weather but kept informed and service has been back up and running quicker than expected. Great customer service from Emma and the team.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025**Update** Following a few calls, an engineer was sent out the next day and I was connected quickly. As a previous customer, Airbands fibre has improved massively, now providing symmetric speeds for download and upload. Seems very reliable now and getting c.900Mbps upload and download. It's great that Airband do not increase the price each year either. Very impressed so far. ********** No contact regarding an installation date, ordered a week and a half ago. Was a previous customer and exited due to poor broadband performance (alleged 900mbps) but kept getting drop outs. Came back to Airband as I have heard performance issues have been resolved (now providing symmetric speeds). However, I can't seem to get connected up. Not a great start following a second chance.

Was wonderful finally to get a fast broadband speed. after years of struggling with a very long 2 mile copper line from the exchange. It wouldnt be upgraded and what a let down. This was a perfect solution. Extremely happy.
