United Kingdom | 29 January 2025Our engineer Owen carried out the survey efficiently told us what to expect and ran the fibre cable in despite having injured his knee and limping badly. ready for install a week or so later. He came back to compete the installation a week or so later and did not leave until we had actually gone on line with our pc and proved to ourselves that all was as it should be. He was bright and cheerful throughout what can be an anxious time for a customer.

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025We were keen to ensure the fibre entry to the building was as neat and tidy as possible as the entry hole to be drilled is on the front of the house. I also had a particular entry grommet that I wished to use. The installation guys were great in this respect, had all the appropriate tools and took great care throughout. We’ve now had the fibre broadband for a week and everything WiFi is changed over from the BT copper wire service we had before and speed is consistent with what we specified. Well done Airband.

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025Absolutely fantastic - 5 star solid gold service - I've been a very happy Airband customer for a number of years (previously struggling on BT rural networks speeds of 3-5Mbs!! - switching to Airband was a lifesaver during lock down providing a very reliable 40Mbs connection allowing me to work from home) I recently found out a higher speed connection was now available in our area through Airband - I sent an email enquiry in the evening and was contacted the following day by Joe from Airband - he was extremely helpful and within minutes I have now been switched from my previous 40Mbs contract to 150Mbs service - VERY highly recommended !

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025Switched to airband after being with multiple traditional providers such as talk talk, sse and origin and was slow and unreliable the entire time. decided to give airband a try and after signing up an engineer arrived in just 2 days and setup everything within an hour. speeds are about 5 times faster than before and I’m regularly getting over 50mbps in a very rural part of wales. would highly recommend switching from the traditional ADSL broadband if you live in a rural area and give airband a try
